Excellent. The service was wonderful One of the salesmen helped me for at least 45 minutes going in and out of the back room looking for a large spring jacket that was in the style that I was looking for. Finally he found one and guess what it was on sale. Then I saw one of my old students at the checkout counter working as the a cashier. I teach anatomy of physiology a three local college And she had been one of my students several years ago. She told me she was still going to school for the nursing program and would graduate soon and would continue on to be a nurse practitioner. Today was a double win for me at Columbia. Successfully bought a jacket for golf and saw a student that is a success in her own right. Good day

Great selection and prices so good compared to standard retail. This is the place for your winter needs or rainy needs or for your house if you are green and lower the temp.

Prices still a little high for summer clothes, maybe on Labor Day they might have a sale

This is a nice Columbia store. I went here while I was at the Lighthouse Premium Outlets and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into this store and looked around at everything for sale. There were jackets and all of your other standard Columbia products. I looked around but didnt buy anything. After I looked around, I left the store, satisfied with my experience. I gave this store five stars because it has nice products for sale.

Upon arrival on saturday, 2/6/21. Drove over an hour to get here. First thing, my cousin melissa asked to use the restroom, and was refused. The lady was so rude and short with us. Then we were told to put on masks or we had to leave. A few mins later after looking around, i asked another lady if my cousin could use the restroom. Again, explained how long we drove to get there. She was also very rude and short with us and told us no. We left and used the restroom somewhere else without any trouble. Even tho, we spent no money there. We returned, was never asked if we needed help from anyone. Between both of us, we spent over 300.00.The lady at the checkout was very nice. Thats the only reason why i gave 2 stars, or it would have been a 1 star review. The staff of rude angry women who work there are no question making customes not want to do buisness there. I will not ever return there again. I will buy my product online at amazon. I love columbia gear, but that store turned me off. I will not be returning as a customer, neither will my cousin. I will also tell my friends and family how we were treated.

Got a nice zip-up to wear when it starts getting chilly out. Was a slight bit difficult to find something in my size, but overall the experience was pretty good.

I come here and get good deals all the time. No complaints. I think its the %20 off my entire purchase the email me that keeps me coming back lol. They get me every time.Update- hours say 9 to 9 got her at 6pm 1/7/20 and doors are locked. Just drove a hour out here for no reason........

The boom of factory outlets used to be that a company could sell their seconds and overstocks at a deeply discounted price. Company makes something, and the consumer gets a good value; win:win. Now it has become just another store selling stuff at nearly full price. Not going to find the treasures that make you feel excited about coming into the store.

I like this Columbia store the staff is very friendly they had some okay sales when I came. But the lines was so long and all the registers was open. I wish they would have more honey apparel. But otherwise they have a great selection and lot of bigger sizes. And I love the fact that they have better color choices. And one other thing they need more of in the store bigger size hats and gloves. They have a selection but they need more the biggest sizes.

Had some nice sales but this covid-19 has us freezing outside making more contact than we would normally inside.because people get cold they inch up to the door next Im being bumped with a lady with a purse because she wants to move up

Helpful staff, good selection for an outlet store. I usually find something at least 50% off every time we go. Sign up for the rewards program and you will get emails for special sales. Northface is in the same outlet mall so its convenient to comparison shop.

Really, less than one star. Less than helpful. Given a $25 card during a recent sale, only to find that they never activated the card. Online shopping wasnt any better as they redirected me to the store. The manager wouldnt help unless I had the original receipt, although she could see my purchases on my account. A makeup discount didnt work either. Their solution? Buy stuff and well refund your credit card - I dont think so. Next time, its North Face at Lighthouse instead.

I went shopping here with my kids for about 2 hours. We had a bunch of gear, boots, hat, gloves, etc. I asked if we could place it behind the counter and a young woman said no but we could use a bag. I filled the bag with probably $700 worth of stuff and placed it on the floor out of the way to continue shopping. Before I knew it I couldnt find the bag and the SAME girl told me she put it all back!! 😡 couldnt believe it! Then she said youre not allowed to leave it in the floor in a not so polite tone. I walked out and wont be buying Columbia brand ever again. So irritating!!

In my opinion this is one of the few stores that makes it worth coming out to this mall. I have always been a huge fan of Columbias prices and here you have a great chance of getting those products on sale. If you have a coupon, you can save even more. I got one of the best backpacks I have ever owned from a Columbia outlet store. The staff is usually friendly. The store is clean, well stocked, and organized.

Ive been to the store and actually liked my experience there every time. However, whoever tf I just got off the phone with a few minutes ago needs an attitude check. Talked to me as if I didnt know what I was looking for, didnt sound interested at all with my question, and definitely didnt have a friendly tone in her voice. Yall let employees talk over the phone like that? smh Maybe just a bad day, I dont know. I cant see you through the phone but I can hear your apathetic attitude. Rethinking visiting this store for a while.

Wow, the service recieved was beyond awful. When we walked in we were not greeted with a hello, rather uh, we are closing in 20 minutes. Okay and? We literally knew what we wanted and the staff could have said... Hi, can I help you find something? We close soon, but would love to help you. I mean anything other than a snide comment. Then while shopping two team members were gossiping about how people keep coming in and should know better because they close in 20 minutes. Then, at check out after we paid and I said thank you we were walking out... as we turned our back the cashier said I have to be polite in a monotone, sarcastic, and flat out rude manner. I never go out of my way to bash a company, but this experience was that terrible.

Im pretty sure the items at this store are not Columbia at all. Most things look and feel very cheaply made. They also dont have a big variety of womens sizes.

This is my favorite store to visit at the outlet mall! There are always amazing deals going on and Ive never left empty handed after going there (one could argue whether or not this is a good thing). The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly.
