Do not get the BrooklynTango bottoms !!! The clasp on the bottoms broke within 2 weeks of me owning it, I returned it to the south beach location and they replaced it.... The clasp on my new bottoms broke a second time while I was at a pool party, so embarrassing. I legit had to tie the bottoms together with a hair tie, looked great on me but NOT worth the money if products break that easily.

Hi, I’ll start this review by saying I was helped by a very nice woman at the aventura mall when I made my purchase. I went home and I tried on my suit again, I was going to wear it out but I did not like the fact that my breasts were not supported at all and for my size D’S.. I need the support no matter what. So I decided to return the suit at another location in south beach. I did not notice that the panty liner came off of the suit and that I could not just tie the tags back on because of course I wanted to look at the suit without the tags on. It wasn’t even 24 hours with the suit. I went to the location but could not find it and I called, the girl working that day.. saturday, July 31st, did not give me great directions at all. I asked what stores were around for reference and she was no help. I finally find the store. I go in and the two girls working were so rude and did not sympathize or help me at all. They said absolutely no returns. It’s store policy the liner is off and the tags are off. I said okay but I just tried it on? I didn’t wear it out? The liner must’ve fell off and I could tie the tags back on. I left very upset. They refused. They told me to call corporate and to figure it out with them. I called the aventura mall and they said that the way I was treated was unacceptable and that I am better off returning there instead.I hope I don’t get anyone in trouble writing this review because these are not my intentions but SHEESH. Y’all need to provide better customer service. It’s not like I bought a $20 bikini from forever 21. And if they are sooooo strict with their return policy please mention them to customers after each purchase and make it very clear that this is the case. I hope I get this problem solved and this store realizes their service is not matching with their pricing.

The sales lady was very pushy and rude. I tried on a bikini thinking it was half off but, when I found out it was full price I apologized and told her I couldn’t afford the swimsuit while laughing. She told me “It’s not funny. I work here you know.” Definitely not coming back. Swimsuits were cute tho.

Pricey but very stylish. The sales associate Gabrielle was very welcoming and expertly helped making my choices for a birthday gift

It says on the site working hours till 7 pm, but at 6:35 it was closed 🤷🏼‍♀️
