Steve was great. I told him what I was looking for, my price range and when I needed it and he had me set in ten minutes. Delivery timing was crucial and I got the impression he’d have delivered it himself if need be. Who knew buying a mattress could be such a pleasure

The manager Steve was really nice. We went in and he talked with each kid about how they sleep (side, back or tummy) what they liked about their bed. I felt like it was worth going to an actual mattress store, so we had more choices and someone who just does beds if that makes sense. All 3 kids are very happy. We have also gotten our bed from there.

Tried to get us to upgrade to something we had not purchased, sat on, and a total different brand that we purchased. And then moved our delivery date from the 20th to the 27th. We will never.....never use this company again.**to your response**.1. All we ever wanted was the set we saw and tested in the store....we dont care about a $300 upgrade...you purely ignored my wishes, and that set behind the delivery date. You fail to realize I had to take a vacation day to be home for the mattress. That upgrade is also something that we never tested, so we wouldnt know what we would be getting!! But if you are so concerned about the COVID precautions, why would the delivery company come back and forth into our home to bring multiple mattresses if we didnt like it. Yes you did offer a refund, to which my husband and I considered greatly. But we do not have the time in between our 12 hour shifts to go look at mattresses again. I know you are upset about your 1 star review, but if you listened, and not ignored me, we could have had our mattress this weekend.

This is the second mattress I have bought from American Mattress. Pricing is always perfect and quality is even better. The sales rep was very helpful. I wish I was better at remembering names so I could say who he is. I love my mattress and my daughter loves hers. I will continue to buy any mattress I need from here and recommend them to everyone.

My wife and I were mattress shopping for several days when we went into American mattress, we were presently surprised with the knowledgeable staff and the many options available, after trying many mattresses we found one we liked and purchased it it was delivered and set up the next day, but after a few weeks we determined that it was not the one for us so we returned to the store and explained that we were not happy with our original choice and they were very quick to take care of us and we were able to exchange it for one we feel we will like much better, we would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good bed with great customer service and a knowledgeable staff willing to make sure you are satisfied . great place in my opinion .

Let me preface this review by saying that I am a repeat customer.It had been some time since I purchased my other mattress and issues with my back dictated that I explore a new mattress. Steve sold me the first one and he happened to be working while I was in the store shopping around for a new mattress. He took the time to listen what my needs were and in under 5 minutes we arrived at what was going to be my new mattress. He assured me that if I did not like the mattress that I cajoled always trade up within the first thirty days, but let me tell after the first night I could tell there was not going to be a need for it.
