They had our car a week before they realized they forgot that they had not ordered the part. 2 weeks to replace ABS module ridiculous. Not even offered a loaner car since it was their mistake after they forget to order part.
The service center is always rude and make you feel as if your a bother. My most recent visit was no different. I walk in to the service center and was greeted with itll be a minute while she played on her phone. I then explained how my 2020 F150, with less than 14,000 miles, electrical system was freaking out. Unable to start, lights flashing, interior lights flashing and unable to unlock without using the physical key. I was told sense I didnt have an appointment it would be a few days before it could be looked at. I asked for a loaner, she laughed and said they had none. I asked about a rental since it is covered under my warranty. She rolled her eyes and said she knew nothing about that. She then just stared at me. I said well how am I supposed to get to work? Her response was a shrug as if you say not my problem.Its like this everytime I have to go there. Its the only dealership for 20 miles so its very inconvenient to go elsewhere. Yet thats what I had to end up doing. Went to Currie in Valparaiso which is 2 towns over but they took my truck and immediately started to try to diagnose the problem. They were out of loaners and it was to late in the evening to get a rental. They had one of their porters drive me home, 20 miles away!I dont need, nor want, someone to kiss up or try to kill me with kindness. I just want my issues resolved without attitude or grief.

I was nervous about making the drive out from Chicago to look at a truck, but it was definitely worth it! I felt really bad because we got stuck in traffic and were only able to get there 30 minutes before they closed, but the staff were all very accommodating and were all willing to stay late and show me the truck and get the deal done. Desirea was very friendly and easy to work with. The GM Greg was able to work with me and give me a great price. I wouldnt hesitate to check this place out if I were you.

Castle Ford in Michigan City Indiana was awesome. I bought a car there in March and the car has been great so far. The salesman Burke( I think thats his name) was great and informative. It was by far my best car buying experience thus far. They even threw in a couple of free oil changes.
Maxine can barely speak English and doesnt have any knowledge of any of the vehicles on the lot. She claims the system was down then wouldnt let me speak to someone else for information. I will go elsewhere to a more knowledgeable and professional speaking staff.
Windshield Washer fluid was not spraying. Pump went bad... Stopped in at Castle Ford and Joe got me in right away and an hour later my windshield washer fluid was working after the pump was replaced... Safe driving again because my trusted mechanic shop took good care of me....
Still very happy with castle ford lincoln. I called about a problem with my car and they told me they were very busy for the next few days. I explained that I would not be able to arrange for a ride home later in the week and asked if I could drop it off and they call me once they are able to get to it. They called the next day telling me they had checked it out and were ready to fix it. Quick and efficient service every time I go

Normally I get decent service there.. this time I left my truck at 12noon told service I will be back at 4pm for just an oil change and when I got there at 415pm.. I was told my truck still needed the 5 point inspection..come to find out it still needed the oil.change as i watched it be pulled into service and put on a rack and oil drained... plus now i have a slow leak in my back passenger tire that all of sudden happened after my appointment. So this time not a real happy customer ...

I dont trust any car dealer... I buy because I need reliable transportation. My visit to Castle was because they had an old stock of 2018 new cars. Upon arrival, I was treated good and chose a car, drove it, and decided to trade. Then the hokus-pokus started, so I got up to walk out after waiting 45 minutes, but suddenly they decided maybe they could talk. We settled on a price, but I still had to bring my new car back for undercoating because they dont do it except by schedule. I wish I had kept better records, but I think they added dozens of miles driving it somewhere to get the undercoating done..and I do know that the morning after I bought it, the left front tire was low... after a week or so, I had that fixed, but I think Castle knew it had a slow leak, but just kept filling it up. The new car was clean, but I think the sales people at Castle deliberately try and frustrate buyers, and I would rate them as about 3 stars... not much more. Made me better understand the term used car salesmen
Gave them 3 chances to get my service issues rectified on my 2017 Ford F-150 and still it will take another visit to get it repaired! Service manager was supposed to call me, but still to this day now 3 weeks later he/she has not called. Absolutely disgusting!
