Never in my life have I had more issues with a pharmacy. Out of stock medication, being charged fluctuating/multiple co-pays to pick up a 4 week supply of the same medication, MISSING MEDICATION FROM MY REFILL! which the staff confirmed their supply counted the extract amount I was missing, but REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE AMOUNT I WAS MISSING! Rude cashiers who don’t know how to process a coupon which I’ve used on every single visit. The list goes on. Do not use this pharmacy unless you want to jump through hoops time and time again in order to get your medications. Btw, I take ONE medication ONE time a day. One freaking prescription, that is supposed to be filled once a month. 28 days=28 pills. I can’t imagine people with multiple scripts attempting to fill here, the staff simply CAN’T be capable of providing service to someone with higher needs because they can’t even provide correct service to someone who takes one pill once a day! Absolutely infuriating.

Pharmacy practices could need a bit of a update.They just seem ridiculous. If I would have know I would of never scheduled an appointment here.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero, I absolutely would. Their complete lack of competency is astonishing. I thought it was just the Wilmington pike bell brook walgreens, but apparently Walgreens has taken to hiring the bottom of the barrel for pharmacy graduates. Thank goodness there is no shortage of drug stores who will certainly receive my business.

The best experience ever from a very polite woman working in beauty and cosmetic. She greeted me arrival and exit ensuring great customer service asking if I needed anything.

I used to love this pharmacy but now consider it an absolute mess. My daughter is 8 months old and requires a compound that is made overnight for her reflux. In the 7 months she has been on it they have not made it on time. I get a notice that it’s delayed due to insurance and call to have someone tell me it’s not and they will make it the next night last month I put it in several days early so that they will make it like I always do. I got the notice that it was delayed due to insurance 2 days after I submitted it. I called and was told no insurance problem they just hadn’t gotten around to making it... in 4 days! I explained that she was out and desperately needed it. I explained she’s only 8 months old and she was crying in the background. I told them she had already started vomiting bc she was out and asked if they could make it. I very politely explained this had been an ongoing problem and asked them to come lease make it so she isn’t I’ll. I was told when they get around to it they’ll make it! Again with her crying in the background. I still didn’t get it till the next day. 5 days later!! This past Saturday I sent in my migraine medicine refill and was shocked when they had it ready in just a couple hours! I picked it up but did not need it till today. I looked at the bottle and it’s the right medicine but a completely different persons label. This label gives me her address and the medicine this lady is taking! I just thank god I let was the correct medicine bc I took the pill before looking due to a terrible migraine and it being a typical medicine I take! Now I have to wonder who got my label with my personal information on it!! We will never be back!

Good Bless them, for being willing to be here 24x7, while the rest of us are Making Merry. Or little girl developed a fever, and we were afraid that we might not be able to pick up her prescription. Would have for her to have a horrible First Christmas. Thank you, Miamisburg Walgreens!

I rarely write reviews because I just never think to take the time. I dont have much to say other than this pharmacy was by far the worst one I have ever been to. Not only were the ladies, yes all of them, ridiculously rude... I had to call my own insurance companies and retrieve information that I was told by said companies, was their job to call in the first place. There is nothing worse than bad service and a bad attitude to accompany.

I have lived in the area for over 12 years. Im in this store a few times each week. With every visit, Im impressed with the customer service. This store has become my go to store for pharmaceuticals, over the counter, quick stop grocerys and more.

Open 24hrs! Never know when youll need that but nice to know it is there. Always have what we need.

Too expensive

Pharmacy staff was wonderful. i spent all day trying between doctors to get a refill for my sons medication that he can not go without. finally got the script and the call center told me they could have it by 5 i got there and the pharmasist told me they dont do compounds during the day only at night because they are too busy during the day. i wouldnt be able to get the meds until after 10 pm and he has to have his dose at 8pm. the pharmasist went above and beyond and i had his medicine before 8pm for my son to have. i could not be more greatful for their efforts and understanding of how important it was for him to have his medication. thank you so much

24 hour pharmacy

Best for me, the 24/7, 365 hours!!! Very friendly, knowledable ... take time to answer any questions I may have ...Except for there new phone in service is very annoying ....

Very rude pharmacy Manager. Ask if they honored good rx said they dont match price . Told me to have Walmart call them to tranfer my prescriptions. Not nice about it at all . I just explained it was costing me 200.00 more to purchase from them and i dont have insurance they didnt care very rude for no reason. Now since I left went to Walmart to transfer they have been on hold 20-30 minutes waiting it has been 6 hours since I left Walgreens and they still wont tranfer . Walmart called me to tell me what there doing. Dont do business here save your money

Quick and very friendly service

They are supposed to be a 24 hour pharmacy! My son has been up all night needing his antibiotic from an ear infection! They abruptly closed at midnight is what I was told! Sick children & others need a 24 hour pharmacy!
