I hired their services for a deck enclosure. I must say they took longer than the agreed date to complete de job, but then again, we were in the middle of the pandemic and so it wasn’t entirely their fault. After 5 months, the job was completed and we were very satisfied with the quality of products, the installation and the looks. We have gone through the rain season and I have not had any water leaks which was a big concern to me. Also, aesthetically, the product looks amazing. Everyone who sees it praises my enclosure. They will deliver a good product you just have to have some patience. 😅🙌

We had a salesperson of the company come in to give us an estimate for a Terrace. We explained we would only make Terrace with them with permit. The salesperson was confident permit was not a and eventually we gave a down payment of $2000 to place the order and obtain permit. The company was unable to obtain permit for this metal Terrace and of the $2000, only $500 will be returned (no date when yet!)Only use if you will not require permits, and even then ……

I have a very large screened in area over my pool patio. Over time the screens wear out or actually rip. Ive used Kwikscreen for years to do a lot of work. They are very reliable and outstanding in the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

Great service, our patio turned out amazing. Ozzy and his team were very professional and explained all the details before hand, and completed it in the time they said it would be done. Called several times before I got return call. Gave me a phone quote which I agreed to. Waited 2 weeks and called back. Was told there was a 4-6 backlog before they would come. Company owner said if I was on list would be much sooner. He said you would check and get back to me. He never did. I would never use this company.

I used this company March 29 for a simple job of rescreening some of my pool enclosure screens and raising a screen door. I paid . When the man was working, he dropped something heavy and completely broke a piece of my newly installed floor tile off at the doorway. I paid them the same day and the employee, Ossy, who seemed professional, said he would go buy the threshold for the door and install it for me to complete the job. I have called the office numerous times and they always seem pleasant and take a message. I have emailed Ossy numerous times as well but no response. I spoke to him once on the phone and he said he would come finish the job that same week but he never showed up and has not returned any of my calls. Now, unfortunately, I must submit to them the bill for what the tile company charged me to repair the damage. I cant imagine why Kwikscreen would ruin their reputation over such a simple task as finishing a job.
