I would rate 0 stars if I could.Stay far away from this place. The customer service is nonexistent, and the employees, including the manager, are absurdly rude and unprofessional, and act as if theyre doing you a favor by selling you some of the most expensive paint on the market.While I was in the store, I asked to speak with a manager to give feedback about the lack of signage for their strict no return policy. I mentioned to the manager that such a strict policy should be clearly written on each sales receipt. The manager, Juan Garcia, acted like a thug and a punk, and began condescending and insulting me personally, and even indirectly threatened me by suggesting to take things outside. The fact that a person like this has a job in customer service and is a manager boggles my mind. I chose not to waste my time with neither the store or Juan Garcia, and I went to Home Depot to buy paint. At Home Depot, the employees were incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the paints they have for sale.I strongly suggest everyone stay clear from this store. There is nothing good about the store or the employees. The paint is very expensive, the employees dont help, and the management seemingly couldnt care less.

Excellent attention

I went yesterday to buy some paint, we chat a little bit about everything specially about Brasil where he is from, everything went very smooth, if I didnt read the other comments I would never thought he was a rude person, at least not with us. Prices are more or less the same than Ace hardware.Definitively I will go and buy again.

Get far away from this place. To start they treat you like they are giving you a gift or doing you a favor. They are rud and disgusting manners. But that it is not important comparing that they play you with the prices, this people are crooks, thieves and and you cannot trust. Stay away from this place. If you want B. Moore paints Go to a different Benjamin Moore store, saying not Miller Paint. The nearest from Aventura is Hollywood they are better with the prices and treatment.

Location Aventura The customer service to say the least is absent. The clerk Abiel latin descend ignorant and ridgit. When I asked for help Abiel used several sentences relating his undesier to help. When I have chosen the paint Abiel failed to explain the diferent kinds of paint, he keep repeating you know. At some point i even said that I dont know. After then the paint was ready I specifically asked Abiel to close it tight so it doesnt spill. However, upon arrival when my worker was taking the cans out of the box, one of the can spilled out on the floor. Then I realized that the same can did spilled in the box as well.. Needles to say that the floor and clothes of two people was in pain, which COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF ABIEL WOULD HAVE DONE HIS WORK RIGHT.When i call Abiel back instead of apologizing for his slappy work, Abiel was continuously talking back denying his fault in the can spill. Feel sorry for the owner, change worker as you are loosing business with Abiel

Very Rude, I placed a rush order it was a 140$ a gallon I was told to come by Tuesday and pick it up at 9am, I scheduled my painters and the paint never arrived. i called and they sounded annoyed that I was calling and they were acting like I should be gratefull they were even selling to me. Very rude... The office in North Miami is very rude the men the fight and talk bad about the other branches. I will never purchase from this place again,

The sales person is rude and does not like to answer questions. Hed rather talk about his weekend with co workers. At $70/gallon IIm going to try another paint store.
