I want to take the opportunity to recommend to our community the LinCare at Doral office, as a DMI Company and especial to Miss Ross and Miss Susan for the exceptional job they have done for me during the Covi-19 Pandemic in order to deliver my CPAD equipment and supplies. After a bad experience with the 1800 number when I order this month my monthly supplies and this department send me the wrong one and I was waiting for almost two week and I have to call corporate office and I spoke with district manager Mr Patrick Newbeck, he has make soon arrangement with the local office, Miss Susan have been taken action personally and I got my supplies on less an 24 hours. One against a really appreciated Miss Susan effort in order to correct another department mistake.
