I’m leaving one star just so I can leave a comment because if I could “Manager” I will give you zero 0 stars I repeat ZERO for not willing to help me and for being very rude at the same time and so early in the morning, when a customer walks in you should give them the attention that they deserve you acted like my presence didn’t exist . I don’t recommend this particular location because of management. She should be more kind specially in her position that she gets well paid for. Im not shopping here no more and will tell my family members and friends of my terrible visit there. . She claimed to be the manager on duty. How can you not return a online order that customers purchase online if it’s not what we thought it was. She was very fast to say they will not take returns form online customer. Quick question is it a different Michael Kors? Calvin Klein excepts it Macy’s excepts it and many more do also. Once again 0 stars, none, nada.

The attention from the girls is good, they love helping their customers with the best services and advises, was a smart girl that knew the prices and answering like 6 people at the same time with the exact price. (First time that I see a girl so smart and fast) with a hard career like medicine she will be a good doctor for sure. Their watches looks with a high quality style and this store is so clean, and big. A lot of tourist love to buy on this store. They have good discount most of the time, and you can save a lot of money. My family love buying from here and of course they provide warranty for defective products. The store is pretty big. And they have a woman a man section in here. Just take your time and go visit this store. It is truly amazing.

I believe that one start is to much, I have only few months with the handbag and it’s already completely falling apart from the strap, the sad part is that you paid this amount of money for this purses and when you want to returned or even to get a replacement they policy is that you need to send it to their warehouse and you have to pay for shipping cost for the garbage that they sold you. 😡🤬 I’m very disappointed with Michael Kors products and I will not be purchasing from them anymore.Went to 3 different store to get a replacement having my purchase receipt in hand and no one help instead they gave me a number to call so they can told me to send the bag for a strap replacement but to pay for shipping cost. Never, never again😡

Call them to let you know on additional discounts. Today 11/24 they had most of the purses 70% of regular price, plus an additional 15% from the total.

Employees are very unprofessional and could care less to help out with customers. I waited over 20 minutes standing in front of the watch display case to buy my wife a new smartwatch and made eye contact with several of the ppl working there and no one came to help or ask me if I needed help with something till I stopped someone to tell them what I needed. Worst customer experience ever. I tried to call them to confirm some of the prices of the bags I want to purchase. They kept me waiting on phone forever and no one helps. If they are very busy then get more staff. I mean it is Michael Kors. The brand should deserve some customer experience.

Located in the southeast corner between Forever 21 and Saks 5th Avenue. You can also enter through Marshalls/HomeGoods and take a left when you enter the mall, its on your right after a short walk.The store is neatly organized and clean, with plenty of stuff to choose from. Mostly purses, wallets, and so on. There is a small selection of clothing and accessories as well.

Terrible customer service. I want buy a luggage’s set and the sales person told that they was closing the store and cashiers at 6:30 pm. It’s supposed the stores close at 7pm . I couldn’t buy anything... nobody wants sale

The place is cute, clean, friendly. But attention by the manager in charge on this day is really poor and leaves much to be trying to say nasty customers and despot of his hand, and realizing his mistake does not apologize. unlike the friendliness of its employees.
