Larry,I want to thank you and Patrick for the great service you have provided me. Both times you guys have been a wealth of knowledge and strait forward with the issues.I know the industry can be fickle with less than professional service teams and customers that demand quality work for less that a fair price.Keep up the great work .

After reading through some of the reviews, I felt that I should leave my immediate thoughts after speaking with Power Cats.We spoke on the phone for about 25 minutes and he helped me to understand some possible issues with my 20hp Suzuki. It is a newer motor, under 20 hrs, and unexpectedly starting having issues at high throttle. I immediately thought about the fuel pump and filter. He suggested draining the fuel and checking for water - I did that and all good. We then started talking about the rev limiter and now that the motor is broken in, it could be running at higher rpms with the same prop. These are things that I hadnt considered. He offered to check for codes after the holiday weekend and suggestions on props to fix my issue. I will also be picking up a tachometer to monitor the rpm of the motor as well as a fuel/water separator as per the suggestion.Overall, I do not agree with the bad reviews that may be out there. He was very professional, friendly and willing to help. Other boat shops told me that to even get the engine codes checked it would be weeks. After the holiday weekend I he will take the time to check codes. It sounds like other customers might have a bad attitude to begin with.

Larry diagnosed the issue with my 90hp Suzuki quickly. Replaced the parts and gave me the old. Price was more than fair. He even helped me with a warranty that I did not know was transferable from the previous owner. I was in and out quickly.

Larry charges you just to make him laugh, yes he might be a little pricey but you pay for what you get realibilty and good work and your boats running good !!!!💯

I took my boat for an estimate and all I got was a confusing story about the findings in the engine and the parts needed for the steering wheel. The prices were very high completely overpriced. I tried to talk about options the owner is not professional and disrespectful using bad language for no reason. I got my boat fixed at another shop for half the price he estimated. Dont waste your time here.

I have had similar experience. He wont respond to e-mails. He charges twice for shipping what it actually costs. He has no interest in making things right when he makes mistakes. I will update this review if he makes any efforts, but currently he has taken my money and provided nothing.

Awful. I would give them negative stars if possible.They take MONTHS to do anything at all. Larry will quote you one price and then raise it before he will send you your lower unit back. He will lie about everything.AVOID AT ALL COST!!
