I had some boots I meant to take in before my European vacation and wasnt able to...I stoped by almost a closing time the day before to see if I could at least purchase polish or paint to spruce up myself at home...the owner said there was no way I should go to Europe without fixing them properly. He took care of me and I am forever grateful for his kind attention! Their work is top notch...I take all my repairs there. From cutting my new heels a bit when too tall...to making old shoes look like new! Look no further, this is the place for a job well done!

I went to this store to have an extra hole made into my designer belt because it was too big. The gentleman was so nice, provided excellent and fast customer service, and didn’t even charge me for making the hole! He stated that they do not charge for making holes in belts. I was so happy with the service he provided me and will return to fix my shoes soon.

I brought four pairs of shoes in to have half soles added and a rubber heel replaced. They did fantastic work, made the shoes look brand new and handled them with care. Ive been to other shoe repair shops in the bay area including Galletti and I am most satisfied with the work they did here. I highly recommend them to any one. You can trust them to do an excellent job with expensive shoes.

Had a great experience. Had soles of my boots that needed to be replaced. I told them that I really liked the look of the sole and didnt want it to change. The completely replaced both soles and made them look better than new. I am very pleased.

Its very hard to get into a business store like this and find friendly people to help. This is one of those occasions you get that good feeling of getting a great service and fast response. I think they deserve this review. I must admit, one of the things got my attention was how happy and pleased were two existing customers I saw at the store while I was getting my leather boots fix. I caught my very expensive, beautiful calf skin, reversible leather jacket I purchased in Italy on a chair. There was a small tear on both sides of the left pocket and on the seam of the pocket. I took the jacket to another shoe repair first and was told the repair would cost $350!!!!! I questioned how they came up with the price and was told it was a very complicated job. I decided to get a second opinion and took the jacket to Shoe Rescue. The cobbler said the repair would cost $25!!!!!! I picked up the jacket and the repair was so skillfully done one can hardly see the tears and I can still wears it on both sides. I am so happy to have my beautiful jacket repaired at such a fair price and so happy I took it to Shoe Rescue. Quality craftsmanship at a fair price.

Been going for many, many years but, this last visit due to the fact they have so much business. My requests were gonna take 3 weeks or so. Putting that aside i went in and requested to pick up my belt that was being resized only to find out it had been outsourcedto south miami location? Idk but they did it in a hurry to TRY to please me. Mounted the buckle incorrectly and because i trustedJulio, i noticed, once home, they didnt size it correctly either. To sum it up, they lost MY business. Sorry Julio. I found someone that can do the job and do it correctly. In one week or less. I guess he could use the business anyways? !

Been going there for over 20 years. They have gone downhill now. I have to make several trips and they are not customer focused and dont seem to care. Id recommend finding another shop as there are several around.

This place is awesome i brought a couple of Louboutins to get the red rubber sole in them to protect them and they did a fantastic job it only took them 2 weeks and it was a very well done job and the prices were the lowest i could find vs all other miami shoe repair shops.

I dropped off two pairs of shoes (men’s dress shoes and Jimmy Choo heels) last Tuesday and explained to the owner that I needed them by today (October 2nd). He assured me both shoes would be ready. When I arrived early this afternoon, the two employees working could not find the shoes. They told me if I did not receive a call, then the shoes probably weren’t ready. I explained to them that the owner assured me both pairs would be ready. After making me wait 25 minutes, they rushed to have the both pair of shoes cleaned, which is crazy considering the shoes had been there for an entire week. My husbands shoes looked horrible, barely cleaned and they lost the laces. The shoes cost $400 and the gentlemen working behind the counter tried to pretend the laces he was lacing them with were the originals. So dishonest. And I don’t even think they cleaned the Choo heels, as they looked the same as when I dropped them off a week prior. Will never go back!
