A total gem. They were able to repair a tear in the lining of my leather backpack on the spot, and I had thought it was going to be the end for backpack and me. Also saved my favorite sandals that i wore into the ground last summer. Super quick turnaround and friendly service (if a totally bizarre experience finding the spot within the building).

Excellent very professional service. Serviced by a very pleasant gentleman who values his craft. I would highly recommend. With the ever increasing prices of quality shoes, it is wise to invest in this superb repair service. I find myself coming back and havent been disappointed.

This owner is so rude. Terrible customer service and not a professional workplace. I would not recommend going to his shop for getting any work done.

I brought a sandal to fix a broken toe ring. He promised to call me as soon as he fixes it, but never called me back. So after one week, i went to pick it up, BUT he did a pathetically poor job. I politely pointed out, instead of fixing the problem, his body language changed, became red with anger, screamed at me, took the sandal inside, undid the repair and gave back the sandal. I have nothing more to say, than there is nothing less than one star rating.

Owner, a short man with glasses with a chilean accent he refuse to fix a pair of shoes, which I already paid. He gave an ultimatum This is the first and last time, do not came back again because Ill charge you. Rude, jerk, pathetic, store owner with no customer service skills. When I responded I am not a child, treat me like an adult, he have told me : I say whatever I want and if you dont like it go to another store, I will be more than happy. Horrible man with no respect for a woman. ZERO STAR

That shop was amazing the guy was very friendly and explained to me everything he was going to do to the shoes and the price fir everything. So we want quality work go to the shop.

I had a pair of specialty marching band shoes that had split through the middle of the sole. I was really nervous about getting them repaired by someone who didnt understand what they were. I cannot believe how well and how inexpensive it was to get them fixed.

Do not use this place. I left my shoes for a couple months and they charged me $40.00 storage fee. They never called to remind me, etc. The owner is very unpleasant. There is a reason this place is cash only, everyone would contest their credit card charges. The owner even told me I was a deadbeat and that he didnt care or need my business. Needless to say the repair was horrible. The shoes look worse. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

Lost my shoe the new owner says that this is not his responsibility even though I paid in advance for the repair of my shoe this is a steal and a scam, the owner is rude DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE they will steal you.
