Horrible communication and customer service. Jim and his team were super communicative and responsive when it came to everything leading up to payment details for the service I requested. However, all forms of communication dropped off after they received my payment. This was a service I paid for on 1/25/21. I checked in on 3/8 to see what was going on, only to find out that my item was not shipped. On 3/9, he said it was with the shipper, and he would email me tracking information. I have yet to receive my shipment or tracking information. Jim continues to ignore my emails regarding this matter. As of right now it seems like they have stolen the sign.

BEWARE! The owner Jim has made promises over and over and never delivered. I paid a deposit of 2500.00 for two signs over six months ago. Haven’t seen as much as a photo of my work. Refund requests are ignored and he doesn’t answer calls or texts anymore

Needed a transformer in a pinch. They were able to accommodate but have refused after multiple requests to provide an invoice for payment received. I paid cash and needed an invoice for work and now Im stuck with the bill.

I have had many signs and related products made by Jim Winters. He has always deliverd on time and over achieves with his artistic abilities and knowledge of what glass & gas can do! I Highly recommend BULLDOG NEON!
