I could not be happier with my purchase here! It is very unusual of me to make any kind of purchase within minutes but I did so here. I got crazy prices at mattress firm that I felt discouraged in affording a needed new bed, my gut told me to go in there and I am so happy I did. Josh was amazing!! He even gave me his cell for any questions I had and called me right away when I did. And He also gave me a great deal. I suffer from really bad anxiety and got nervous when I had a delivery issue as they didn’t show up or call and the hours kept passing. and when I called the store Nicklaus was SO sweet and helped me, and the delivery came in before the end of day. And my bed is soooo comfortable!! I never write reviews but since it’s a local business I feel as though I had to support, and the service was amazing that I just had too.

Was actually thinking about buying a mattress from here, but recent experience really turned me off. Was sitting in my car in the spot in front of his store and he quickly kicked me out, I would have only been there for a few minutes while my fiance was dropping something off at the adjacent USPS. Everyone is nice and cool until they close the deal. After you pay, they just give you horrible customer service. Let’s start with the delivery, We agreed on a date and time and I was waiting the whole day for delivery, No one came, Got only excuses from the store. After fighting with Joshua who took care of me. My mattress was delivered the day after. Before I made the payment, I asked if I can get a deal since me and my brother were involved in an accident and have a prescription from a chiropractor for a mattress, Joshua assured us that taxes will be refunded when we will provide the prescription cause we bought 2 mattresses. When I reached out with the prescription, Joshua claimed that the accountant won’t refund since it’s not a valid prescription. After a lot of calls to the accountant that is extremely rude and thinks that he’s a doctor, claiming that my prescription is fake even after a phone call from my chiropractor, they wanted us to provide a medical prescription for medication which Chiropractors don’t do since they don’t prescribe medication and a mattress is not medication. We went to the store, tried to talk to Joshua but he said that he doesn’t want to get involved. They are professional con artists, the service is one of the worst I have experienced! We didn’t got our money back which is 100$ per each mattress. Even not an apology. He just said you can figure it out. Would not recommend to deal with those people who have no respect to their customers!

DONT buy at mattress king they be selling the mattress that are in display at the store. I bought a mattress there and they be lying saying they gonna send you a new one but when they do the delivery they send you the one that was on display in the store, a mattress where everybody Lay down used even broken. I have the most deceiving experiences with Mattress Kings. I would advise any perspective buyers to think twice before buying from Mattress Kings. Their sales associates are not either knowledgeable or honest. I bought a bed in March 2020; it plunges ans is very soft in the middle . Their inspector assesses it as a factory defect and it was due to be exchanged. Mattress Kings refuses to exchange it. They keep lying to me. Finally, one of their managers told me that my records were somewhat erased from their system and without a record of my purchase, my case is helpless. I contacted MK administration and sales departments to no reply. Now I am hoping to get my money back through legal assistance. Nobody had to go that far away if MK was functioning with a fraction of trust and respect for its customers. PLEASE, Dontt trust MK in terms of professionalism, honesty, and consciousness.
