Would give it no stars if allowed to. What terrible customer service. Came in as a customer for retail purchase not wholesale and they basically told me to go online order and come back to pick it up. Front desk lady was horrible. Accounting guy was willing to help but she basically dismissed us. Sadly we buy a lot of Karate items so I will continue to drive down south to purchase

I absolutely hate leaving 1 star reviews, but... wow. Weve had nothing but issues with our wholesale orders for several years. Between getting locked out of the wholesale account page numerous times, to poor service and ridiculous upcharges, weve finally just decided that its not worth the headache and will be going somewhere else.
