Then when I could not go to the store to pick them up she volunteered to mail them. And now she contacted me to make sure they arrived!!Thanks again! Now I will be able to keep using my suitcase, 20 years and counting....

A store with a wide variety of Samsonite products. On this occasion I went to repair some luggage that had minor damage and since they were less than 10 years old they were sent to repair without cost, outside the transport. The bags arrived fixed to our house soon and we have suitcases like new. The impeccable, fast and very efficient attention.
