Worst customer service ever, have attempted to contact them through phone calls, e mails and personal written messages and not one reply. All we need is a courteous reply and we can understand any difficulties they have during these very difficult times.

We purchased expensive lights in February. It is now 4 months after the date of purchase, and the items are still on a back order. Although the interaction with the staff is a positive one, unfortunately, they are left to face their customers, and only apologize, because things are not within their control. Shame on management. If you go into Pego Lamps, purchase what you can from within the store or stock immediately. Customers should be made aware of the lengthy waiting time to receive their purchase.

Passed by the location on 8 st and really liked the products so we decided to give it a try. After two hours of picking the lamps (which by the way are really expensive) we decided to make the purchase. The sales person told us it would take from 10 to 15 business days to receive the lamps. A month after we called the sales person and he tells us that the lamps have not arrived that they are in the middle of the ocean coming from China. What a great customer service and explanation. Two months after the lamps arrives at the store and we set a delivery date (which is extra). They don’t do deliveries after 5 pm so I had to leave work early when the delivery gets to the house the delivery guy tells me I have to unload the lamps from the van because his not allowed to go inside the house. I Couldn’t believe what I was hearing after two months of waiting for the lamps that we should had gotten at the latest 15 days after the order I have to unload the lamps from the delivery van. This company really doesn’t care or have respect for their customers. Please stay away from Pego Lamp I wouldnt want any one else to go through the same experience we did.

Very unhappy with the service from Osniel Duarte. We Purchased 3 very expensive lamps in January and it is now April and no one knows when Ill be receiving my order. They said it would take 3 to 4 weeks for the order to arrive .... its now April!!!!!When I call they just say we will be happy to give you your money back. Well how about the last 2 months Ive been waiting????? They say the owner Is from another country and cant bothered. I still have many more lamps to purchase and I wont be purchasing them from PEGO LAMPS....

Excellent atention

Mr. Carlos Perez (an older man who works there) is rude. On two occasions we came to the store and twice he came out with his rudeness. In fact the second time we went shopping and due to their behavior we did not. The store is excellent but unfortunately with people like him we do not buy.
