I have never seeing worse customer service than at thisStore. I went to buy some light bulbs and waited about 20 minutes without even being acknowledged that I was there waiting to be helped. Meanwhile the guy at the counter is calling people on the phone and chit chatting with the customer he was helping. Eventually I just left. Never coming back to this store.

The best lighting store in Miami with an incredible manager, Reinaldo, who will help you end to end for any lighting needs. They have a great variety and strong relationships with all high end lighting manufacturers. Rei also ensures the best customer service. Highly recommend!

Total clown show. Three salesmen and not one approached, welcomed or asked if they could be of any assistance. This explains the three signs seeking workers taped to the entrance. South Dade Lighting has more selections and their people cared. I guess a $1,300 sale is unimportant. LBU is customer hostile. Amazing that I have to give even one star to post a comment.

Great place to pick up various sized light bulbs for lamps, chandelier and out door lighting too. Hard to find shapes and great selection of pendant lighting too, staff has always been pleasant, patient, and helpful. Prices ate reasonable!

Lighting selection is good but nothing amazing. There are bigger stores with more variety in Miami.Lighting stores are never inexpensive so dont bother unless you are looking for special pieces but I gotta say the prices at LBU are outrageous. Like allot of specialty stores that border Pinecrest the prices here are inflated but LBUs are out of control by almost any standard. They do have a few pieces that are out of the usual but they are far from one stop shop compared to some of the bigger stores in terms of variety and there is little there you cant find elsewhere. Like i said, these lightning stores are always expensive but this place definitely suffers from the Pinecrest price bump.I have to point out one thing. They seem to have a huge selection of light bulbs. Maybe that is really their strength and the lighting fixtures are sort of an add on. I might go again if I needed a rare bulb or something.

This store is magnificent. You walk in when its all lite up and its unworldly. So bright! I would hate to pay the electric bill for this place. They have so many designs and styles to choose from. The staff was helpful. I found what I was looking for. So, satisfied with my purchase. It looks wonderful.

I have been purchasing light bulbs from these guys for years and Ive never been there when they could not solve my problem quickly and professionally. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff and usually the prices are lower than Home Depot. Even if the price is marginally higher, its worth going there for the personal assistance by professionals who know lighting rather than some guy who usually works in Home & Garden.

The light looks great and the customer service we received from our sales person, both Ray’s and the installation team was world class. We will not buy lights or bulbs anywhere else. Recently, I decided to change all the switches and outlets in my home with the Legrand Adorne collection. Though at times the task seemed overwhelming, the team at LBU Lighting in Pinecrest helped me every step of the way, specifically Richard Rodriguez. His knowledge and expertise with the Adorne collection was vital throughout the process. I highly recommend Richard and the team at LBU Pinecrest for any/all of your lighting needs.

Looking for a special bulb, this is the place. They also have great variety of lamps.

Called twice and spoke with the same person who was pretty impatient. After I read him the specific information on the bulb, he assured me that he had the replacement bulb I was looking for. Drove there and they didnt have it and the replacement he offered me with a lower wattage was four times the price he had quoted me on the phone and twice the price that it can be found online. I would of just let it go if the person at the counter would have been at least courteous. What an attitude!

I bought 2 led light bulbs from the Fort Lauderdale store and they gave me the wrong lamp from what I asked for. I could not bring it back to that store so I went to the Miami store on South Dixie Highway and they took good care of me and took back the lamps even though they did not stock them.

I purchased an LED bulb for my kitchen and I didnt like the color it put out. I brought it back to the store to return it. Hector Aguilar was the salesman that sold it to me. He is also the one that was there when I wanted to return it. He went to open the box and proceeded to rip the top off the box then told me that the box was damaged and that it couldnt be returned. I was appalled and left the store. This is why big box and online stores are my preference.

HORRIFIC!!! I almost called Pinecrest police on the so called manager who refused to give me his name. We went to pick up a special order that had been returned because the bulbs came broken and this guy tried to charge $12 dollars for shipping for an order that had been paid in full.When we questioned him as to why, he got angry, yelled, cursed and told us to leave the store and kept our merchandise. Obviously we are filing a police report and a charge back with our credit card company but we highly recommend if you need light bulbs go anywhere but here!I only put 1 star because I had to put something or it would not post, but I would have put zero stars.Please share this if youve ever felt mistreated or bullied. I mean he literally cussed me out with really explicit language.
