Terrible experience with home delivery. Their partner XPO logistics is a complete disaster.

If I could give 0 STARS I would. Horrible. The cashiers could have a bit more knowledge of what is being sold in their department.

I would never give a bad review for this place but this time I was extremely disappointed. I want to twice for fertiliser called super thrive and on the Home depot app it says they have 41 in stock. DE checked for me when I was already upset that I couldnt find not even one, And when home depot check it was true that they had 41 in stock but they could not find it anywhere. I wasted gas for nothing twice. Inventory and customer service needs some serious help.

A little more hanging pots for balconies, would be great to have

I called to ask if they had a specific plant. They said yes. So I drove all the way there. When i got there. I couldnt find anyone to help us. So I went to the cash register and asked there. The lady takes me over to look at something that wasnt what I wanted. I said thats not it. She said well thats all we have. She didnt seem to have a clue abt what they had. Her attitude was she couldnt have cared any less. Process are outrageous. Avoid at all costs.

I was in the parking lot with 2 large plants that I was unable to lift into my car when along came Lazlo Cabrera (a Home Depot employee.) I asked him if he could help me and he said ÿes.The plants were place properly in the car and they came home safe and sound. Thank you Lazlo. i could not have done it without you.

This is the worst Homedepot. Peoples loitering. ..drunken men ...beer cans hidden in the bushes. Prostitution on the Homedepot property. ..carts left all over the surrounding neighborhoods.Drug dealers selling drugs on Homedepot property. Trash, noise..debrallove over the Homedepot property with spill over to the area community. Trucks parked on the streets driving in no truck areas.Homedepot is a getto trashy place. They do not care about irs neighbors and or how it conducting its business.Deplorable unsightly disgusting Homedepot. The nastiest place in Miami. Incorporate Homedepot managers and its headquaters. Horrible store.Dont shop there. Ther are better businesses to shop at.

These guys are liars. They had me waiting on hold for 15 minutes just to tell me no we dont have citrus trees in stores, they are only available online I was discouraged but I showed up to see what I could get. When I get there I see tons and tons of different varieties citrus all in my face in a gigantic section right near the door. Why cant people just be honest?
