DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!This is a horrible product. Don’t waste your money. The rag is stiff and doesn’t absorb or clean anything. Worse than this I called their customer service and they blamed me because I had washed it in the washing machine. The washing did not change anything as it continued to be stiff and not absorbent. The “customer service” guy said it surely had shrunk because I had washed it. Really? He was rude and short and did not offer any kind of “customer service” advice. In the garbage went my money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

I have always used the traditional Cuban mop, my dad being a carpenter always made them for the family.As Ive gotten older its become difficult to use because the towel would fall off too often which meant bending down to fix more often.On a trip to my sisters house I found this at Target, bought it and I am thrilled and happy I did.I love it and next time I go down to Miami Im buying one for my daughter in lawand a Cuban neighbor.I cant seem to find them here in West Palm Beach.So much easier to use than the traditional Cuban mop.Thank you for making an old Cuban tradition even better !!!

Horrible product. I would give minus five stars if I could.

I was hoping to find the perfect rag for my kitchen and bathroom, but I was In fact very disappointed.Compared to Wippity Wipes, or any other microfiber cloth, it has substandard absorbency, elasticity, durability and, more than anything, cleaning ability.When sanitized with bleach, as I regularly do with all my cleaning rags, they fade in blotches and look old and stale. Now, I dont care particularity about my rags looking good...lol... but I care about them being efficient.Ive been using 4 of them for moths before writing this review, even if I realized just after a couple of days that I was dealing with an inferior product.But I decided to wait and use all of the pieces in the pack.Never going to buy them again, they made my cleaning routing longer and harder.There are many other product on the market that are way better than this one. Why waste my precious time??

This was the worse $30 I have ever spent. I bought the complete kit at Publix along with the all the additional rags and wipes. I tried using it on 2 separate occasions just to give the product the benefit of the doubt and the 2nd was more horrible than the first. The pole constantly unwinds at the bottom no matter how tight you think it is. Midway up the pole continues to loosen and the pole gets shorter while your cleaning making it impossible to clean a very small section of the floor without having to stop and tighten again.Sorry but I am super unsatisfied with this product, I honestly thought it was genius but it didn’t turn out that way

The Best mop Ive ever used. I called the main office and they are very helpful and courteous.
