HAD BOUGHT A FAN FOR 800$ THEY DID NOT HAVE IN STOCK BUT STILL OFFERED IT THE HOLE TIME EVEN TOOK THE PRICE UP ON THERE END DID NOT CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW IT WASNT IN STOCK. I WAITED 1 MONTH STILL NEVER RECIVED A CALL TELLING ME ANYTHING SO I CALLED THEM THEY PUT ME OFF FOR ALMOST 4 MONTHS AND I STILL NEVER RECIVED ONE PHONE CALL FROM THEM LETTING ME KNOW ANYTHING I DID GET A REFUND FROM THEM BUT AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED CAUSE NOW ALL THE FANS HAVE WENT UP IN PRICE DO TO COVID AND THAT IS THERE ESCUSE AS WELL AND I GET IT BUT THEY COULD HAVE CALLED ME AND RETURNED PHONE CALLS WHEN THEY KNEW THEY DID NOT HAVE IT AND COULD HAVE TOOK IT OFF THERE SITE NOT RAISED THE PRICE ON SOMETHING THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE

The D1173500 solar LED street lamp works great! Ive had no issues and plan to buy more for my 7.5 acre property.

Deelat was a pleasure to work with. I ordered some collapsible ducting and it arrived very quickly and was exactly what I was looking for. I ended up changing my order last minute to a larger size duct and they didnt even charge for the extra cost! Very happy customer and will shop there again.

The items I ordered are wonderful. I just wish Deelat didn’t have a $75.00 minimum for orders. I don’t understand, a human needs to fill and package orders so what’s the difference between a twelve dollar part and a hundred dollar part. They both need to be filled and mailed.

Quality product at a reasonable price. Purchased heat cable to keep a gutter clear in winter. Time will tell but happy with the Deelat experience.

Extremely disappointed with my order as well as customer service when I reached out to resolve the issue... Very long story short, I ordered a specific ducting and was sent the incorrect item. Upon calling customer service and explaining the issue they offered to send a return label and I could send the items back for a refund.... I arrive at the post office to be told that the shipping label received would not b cover the entire order, I return home, call the company again only to be told that of I want to return the items I need to pay to have them shipped back... soooo they send the wrong item, waste more than a few minutes of my time and I’m forced to come out of pocket in items I don’t even have!

The item arrived very fast, but the box was kind of smashed and the date of manufactured wa 2005 I haven’t tried it yet I hope it works

I struggled to find quality bands to use in segmented bowl turning. Deelats straps are fantastic.

Didnt ship right away and after I finally asked where the item was after a few weeks they said they were having problems with their supplier but never told me. I email for an alternative light and no response. I finally called to see what was going on. He said he would email me a different light and I did give the okay for that. I asked them to confirm that they were sending it but no response again. I did finally get my lights but the didnt come with the included brackets. UPDATE: Call them up and they said they would send brackets but then they sent the wrong ones. They actually offered me 15% refund if I took down my review. Beware of this company.

I live in Canada and have recently purchased some product from DEELATT Industrial Products via telephone. Their salesperson was very helpful and informative. Within an hour I had an order confirmation emailed to me. Within 2 hours I had confirmation my order was in transit and minutes later, confirmation came through that the order had shipped. Product arrived on time as promised. I am very satisfied with the product quality and their customer service. You dont find that level of service everyday.

I purchased a 1000 lumen solar security light from Deelat Ind. This product is great. I was worried because I have purchased other solar products in the past from other companies and have had no luck with products lasting more than a couple months. So far, so good. (11 months ) . I have referred at least 12 other people to Deelat for their lighting. Good experience.

Very nice experience - The website was straightforward, the ordering was relatively smooth, and most importantly, the products I ordered worked as I expected and so far work perfectly.

Made 3 purchases to date, Price seems fair, quality of the items I have purchased have been good, utilized on line chat to solve an issue and the tech I spoke with was more than helpful and courteous and solved the issue in question. Only issue I would have is all items are shipped out of California and Im on the East coast so takes a few days to get the items, but a little planning and its no problem.
