Good selection of sport hats of all teams. Found both my team hats - SF Giants and GS Warriors! A little pricey but to wear your teams logos - priceless!!

If I could give a worst rating than one star, they wouldnt have even earned that. First to start Im an avid lids shopper do to my fitted cap addiction, I currently personally own more than 40 ;as I was looking to further more expand my collection today.I arrived into Lids without even a proper welcome which if you go to lids often, their employees are usually very attentive warm and welcoming, I received no type of acknowledgment what so ever, until I approached the hat wall toward the back left hand side of the store. I gazed over the many different choices of hats which never takes me long to decide because I usually have an idea of what type of hat and what color Im coming in to purchase . I noticed a grey black and white miami marlins fitted cap that I had to have. There werent many left, maybe about four hats of that specific type . With my head being so big (7.5/8) I figured it was a long shot that they would even have my size; but they did😊 I grabbed the hat looked it over which I always do before I try it on then purchase it. I noticed it had a small stain on the back, resembled chocolate . I took the hat to the counter and I asked the lady standing there if they could discount the hat do to the fact that it had a stain on it. (Everyone who buys these hats from lids know that they are not a cheap buy $34.99). I was willing to purchase the hat only if they discounted the price . I figured that was a no. Brainer. The lady behind the counter told me they dont discount hat prices, then she proceeded to walk around the counter to a stand holding hat cleaners and loose brushes and proceeded to attempt to clean the hat with the brush which just left the stain even bigger and wet and left the hats cloth distressed which she didnt seem to understand the concept of . I asked her who she thought would spend $40 on a spotted up hat that she miserably failed at attempting to clean . I was dumbfounded . I immediately asked to speak to a manager (I should of known after dealing with this last employee I was beating a dead horse). The manager comes to the counter I show him the hat, explain the situation he looks at the hat, tosses it on the counter and then looks at me and says, regardless of the fact that the hat is stained lids will not discount it.The unprofessionalism in this place is appalling. After so many wonderful trips to one of my favorite places, This truly ruined the experience. I hope lids acts on this, as customers should be treated with more respect especially when they spend an awful lot of money in your stores. We shouldnt have to be forced to pay full price for damaged products . Why would you have damaged products on your shelf any way ? This entire experience left me feeling disappointed, and pissed off. I mean clearly I took 45 mins out of my day to compose this review.

It was good! A lot of good merchandise

Our company gave Lids an opportunity to engrave our logo on Two of their hats. The lack of care, technology and pride by Lids is disappointing. The engraving came out terrible. Big corporate stores like this don’t care about client satisfaction.

If you like team caps this is your store. Many teams and looks to choose from. Average hat $38.

Got some items but they need better sales and better reward program.

The best Lids I’ve been to in the state of Florida. I went into Lids in Dolphin Mall earlier today to purchase a Chicago Cubs hat in support of my favorite baseball team and I was helped by a nice young salesperson, according to her tag named “Shorty”. She assisted me by letting know of all the available hats in the store, and let me know of the hats that were upcoming for my team. Shorty was extremely welcoming and attentive to my various questions about sales and deals in the store. I will definitely come back to purchase another hats at the Dolphin Mall location if workers like Shorty are what Lids have to offer becoming my new favorite place to purchase hats.

These guys always have the hat you need. Im always there every Friday . great staff very attentive 100%

Made a online order and it was the wrong size, went to return hat in store and they told you can only make online returns online only!

Good on 12/26/2015 I made a purchase of two caps in that store for an amount of $ 57.23.with the credit card. They passed it to me to charge the machine I was not waiting 10 minutes. After waiting for the 10 minutes, I passed the card through another machine and it was that time. When I left, I told the clerk not to be charged twice an hour. Next day I looked at the bank stratum and if they passed it twice. Call the store and I told myself that they would call me in 20 hours. On Sunday 27 I would return to Spain. In 20 hours no one will call me. On the 29th I will call from Spain with the cost that it has I will say again Call me. He doesnt call me or God, they dont return my money. This has no words. We are on day 30 and I dont know anything about the store, they dont call me, they dont contact me with anything at all. Thats what my money still has.
