Id rather shop at a small hardware store than Home Depot, and Im so glad I did. I have a couple wooden furniture protection projects, and Natalie was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the different materials I didnt realize I needed. Id definitely come back 👍🏽

Great small town feel hardware store. They may not have as many items as the big orange store. They also they dont have dozens of employees running around with aprons on that say I help in all departments, when in actuality most of them are clueless and dont want to help you. Here you get personalized attention and thoughtful employees. This is how retail used to be (and still should be)!

I shop there if needed. Friendly/family atmosphere. Prices a little higher than average. But, thats to be expected in a mom & pop store. Im satisfied!

Great old school hardware store. If your home is broke they have what you need to fix it and will happily tell you exactly how to do it. This is what a hardware store should be, not a giant warehouse.

Absolutely the best small hardware store around! Super friendly owner, Steven, helped me find everything I needed. He even took a lot of time trying different screws to fit my door handle (Id been searching for them for a while at the big hardware store but could never get any assistance).I just opened a new shop, Sew On Set Tailor, in the Design District and I found the Village Hardware to be really conveniently located with easy parking. I ended up getting everything on my list in half the time. I had so many projects to do, like painting, getting rollers and brushes, changing the locks, and getting keys cut. The prices were really reasonable and everything was so organized and easy to find.Steven was so helpful and polite that he even helped carry the 2 gallons of paint to my car.I highly recommend the Village Hardware!

As a new homeowner, Ive already made several trips to this hardware store, and I can honestly say that this hardware store is awesome. Every employee there is very nice and super helpful. Ive yet to go there and they dont have what I need. Its a thousand times better than going to the awful Home Depot where the employees act like its a chore to help you. Plus, the owner Steven was blasting disco music last time I went, which made for a fun experience :)

I had a broken sprinkler pipe and no cash on me right before they closed. They let me pay for a $1.99 piece with a credit card! Im sure they lost money on the sale. But theyre awesome! Thats why I always try them first before I schlep out to Home Depot.
