Found the tool I needed on their website, called a couple of days in advance to reserve it, the guy on the phone informed me that they dont have that tool and never did. I directed him to the website, his response was oh, yeah there is lots of stuff here we dont haveThinking he must be wrong I direct messaged the office from their website thinking someone would get right back to me. I got no response. Total waste of time.
