The best in town

I love this little neighborhood hardware store. the people are soooo kind and helpful, they are always happy to help you with whatever task at hand you are working on. and if they dont have something in, they are more than happy to order it (if it is possible) for you. they also have a great network of handymen they will put you in touch with as well.

Great service from start to finish. Delivery guys were phenomenal.

Not only did I get What I needed but I also got advice on how to go about a job that I could not pay someone else to do. When you go in ask for Scattini he speaks 4 languages and if they do not carry it or have it in stock he can point you to the closest place to get it. I always check here first because I love the atmosphere, culture and people.

Most unprofessional place!! I called and specifically asked do have for rent signs. Worker said: yes. I get to the store in 30 minutes. I get: oops, i dont have any.

Its a bountiful little hole in the wall with a wonderful array of useful hardware. This is not a hipster hardware store, more of a little haiti staple for quick supplys.

We waited since morning when they said that they would come to repair our door hinges. I called in a hour before the closing time to call and ask why havent anyone come in yet. The guy said that they were closed and was extremely rude. I told him that we really needed it done today because its the main entrance to our home. He told me to call tomorrow and I proceeded to tell him this is for our safety but continued to be careless and rude. The guy hung up in my face, I called back but no answer. If you need something done get your services elsewhere. Stuck up all night guarding my door with my child in the house.
