They fixed our generator and it was ready several days before they originally told us. Employee was helpful, and pleasant. The price they charged was fair too.

I recently bought a machete at this facility and I order a washer machine check up. The washer machine service was expensive but on time. The whole thing went in the wrong direction cause I did a negative statement about the quality of the machete. The owner answered me in a very disrespectful way staying that what I said was no true base on the fact that he sells this item to professional gardening personnel and they dont complain. I told him that I didnt use it in a heavy-duty project, but it lost the sharpen edge. Again he discredited me as a customer insinuating that I was inventing the story. I an not the only one here saying that this business owner is rude,disrespectful and no professional at all. I will write letter to Echo canyon to review the franchise they

Really bad service I took my pressure washer for maintenance and carburetor cleaning . The guy told me it was going to cost $95 to do a complete maintenance. And when I picked up the pressure washer it still had old filter, same oil and spark plug . All he did was clean carburetor and the person in front of counter didn’t even have a smile don’t event Greet the customers These people should not be in business.

Im a landscaper in the Miami area for a few years now and have brought all my equipment here for service before, during and after the heavy cutting season. Quick turn around on all repairs (Never had to wait more than a week) and great service, all problems are always fixed. Always stocked up with essentials like oil, blades and weed eater line. My only regret is not finding them sooner!

Prices may be a little bloated but you expect that with a small store like this. I didnt think the staff was very friendly. Even though I got what I needed in a timely manner (had to order the part) I wouldnt go back. I like to know that when I spend my money somewhere, I am respected by the people I am giving my money to. (I consider unfriendly/rude behavior as disrespectful).

Best Lawnmower shop in Miami! Took my mower in for a service and was interested in purchasing a new weed eater and blower, the staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the products and had no problem answering all the questions I had, I got my mower back the very next day running perfectly and I got an incredible deal on two new pieces of equipment! If your looking for a friendly, honest and respectable shop with amazing prices and great customer service then this is where you wanna go!!!

Ive read the reviews and yes i bought a encore fuzion34 from them like 10years ago it has been a great and reliable machine and i really liked buying from them but one day i needed a part and the guy took him two days to find it and he wanted to charge me $95 for a $10 piece i told him why so much oh and he told me cuz of the time it took me to find it for you im like really your charging me to look for a part for me you know what hell no he told me never to go to his shop again im like really after i have been buying from you for ten years ok im glad i dont have to deal with these people ever again his name is Alfonso so beware he is a pain in the Ass.
