The store is organized and the employees are quite helpful. I highly recommend.

We were met by a young man and he led us to the area of what we were looking for but didnt seem knowledgeable or even too concerned about what we were looking for. He left us in the area and never back. A young lady checked us out. she was timid and expressionless but at least she was quick and helpful.

I would take the extra drive to the one on US1 near. south Miami. The customer service is day and night different. The one here had zero associate-customer interaction. One worded answers to question in which they could have engaged on. I usually go to the other one but they closed at 7 while this one closes at 8. The other one has super friendly associates. Avoid this one if you can.

Great prices and friendly staff. After searching in several home depot stores none had the part I needed. On the first trip to Ace hardware had the exact part that I needed. Go Ace hardware.

Curbside pickup is apparently a burden for this store. The man who helped me was extremely rude and unclear on the concept of contactless pickup.Go to any other ACE Hardware. Usually have good experiences.
