Great Service the owner when he is there is always helpful. has all hardware needed for any DIY projects and any tools. its been a life saver when we need one bolt to finish a project or an extra key because the last one was lost. overall great place.

Nice clean store with plenty of items in inventory, and friendly, helpful associates. You may pay slightly more than in the big boxes but the customer experience is much better.

I had to go in multiple times after furniture I had bought were missing hardware. Grace was patient and very helpful with triaging how to work around some of the issues I was having. She saved me a trip of having to load everything up and going back to the furniture store. 5 stars all day for service.

What ever happened to The helpful hardware Man? The person who helped me was rushed and rude. He Literally walked away from me as I was asking a valid question. To top it off...the cashier forgot to put the bolts I bought for a clothing rack into my bag. So...when I go to set up this morning for a big sale...NO BOLTS!!!MANAGEMENT...TRAIN YOUR STAFF IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Clean, spacious, uncluttered store. Not as cramped as other Aces Ive been to in the past. The staff is friendly and helpful.

What a great place. I love it. It saves you a lot of time. You can wander for hours in the warehouses/stores and never find what you need, much less someone to help you. This hardware store has an amazing variety

I had a great experience today having my car key cut. My Volkswagen key fob key had fallen apart and I had pieced together the working parts and replacement parts and needed the metal laser cut key portion copied.I had contacted scads of local locksmiths who quoted $150 to $250 explaining that they could not use parts bought online.The gentleman at Ace routed the copied by hand and charged $5 each. He is available at this location Tuesday mornings. He has the computer and retails fobs for many cars, my Jetta was not on that list.I gave the key to him bent out of shape damaged from my home fixing experiments (banging on the key). I had to wait all day for the suspense to try the key on the car at home, and it worked like a charm.BTW - The the IC chip in my key fob was fine, so I was able to purchase a on off-brand shell for around $14 on Amazon, and put the old IC chip in the new fob, and just have the key manually copied.

Great deal on paint. Had a special buy one get one free. And free is for me..When i get good deal & save mkney it makes me a better husband for my wife.
