This Ace hardware is great. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I recently was there looking for something I didnt know the name of but, described it to a couple of staff members and they were so friendly and helpful in helping me. All I could do was describe what I needed and they took it from there and found me what I needed.

Stoped to buy a ventless gas heater finely found them, but no prices on any of them. So I ask the miss at the front desk if I could get some help on the heaters. And she ask on the head set for someone to help meSo I went back and waited and waited and waited. So apparently they didnt want to sell me a heater.

Good customer service out of item I was looking for.

I LOVE my Miami ACE hardware store. The staff are all very knowledgeable, the store is well stocked and clean.

Went in after a drop light and a rough service bulb. These are common items that most home improvement people have used. Had to speak to 3 people before I found someone who knew what a drop light was and no one knew that a rough service basically could mean commercial application. No one even knew they carried the commercial bulbs, I had to find them. I would not expect everyone working in the store to know every term, but when told what it is they at least should know where the item is or about where it is. Training should get them familiar with the store and where everything is, its not that big of a store. I will say that all 3 people were very nice and tried to assist. The older clerk finally helped me but the younger ones need some training. In retail when someone asks for an item you should take them to the item not just point to an aisle. Thats good customer service. Keep up the friendly people Ace, but just train them a little more before releasing them to assist customers.Just my observation.

People here tend not to know where anything is.. And im not exaggerating either. And when you call the to see they have a certain item in stock... they magically cannot find it but I want you to drive up there its right where it should be at least. This group of people really need to get into the shop and learn their store. Otherwise people will just keep going to other shops.

Well first off did not like or appreciate the childish sign they have in their store and then once I mentioned it was childish of them to act like they have towards their new neighbors they ended up getting rude and a bit hateful when we were trying to get new keys made... Now the ladies up front they were nice and very polite when we were checking out and appreciate people like that but honesty think the sign should be taken down and if they have problems with their new neighbors then dont take it out on everyone else especially those that work there take it up with the owner or ones who built the place not the employees that work there or/and their families... Because of that sign it why getting such a low review

It has a variety of items a little on the expensive side which wouldnt bother me if their sales staff where a little bit more helpful finding what your looking for or suggesting where maybe you could find the part etc instead of standing their at the desk and talking to each other instead.

Over priced

They do not veteran discount which most every other one has. Crowded aisles and just not very welcoming.

Everyone there are always very helpful and happy to see every customer and if you get there at the right time maybe a snake off the grill.

I helped set this store up when Jason and his dad started it here in Miami and he still has the same hard work ethic that he had on the first day. Good Customer Service and a fair price for the every day do it yourselfer.

They have Janspickles.com here! Yum, we bought 3 jars my husband griping the whole time about driving 40 miles to get some pickles I wanted him to try because I already knew how delish they were. We got home he ate one whole jar and drank all the pickle juice too. LOL They only carry them in random locations. Who would think you could buy the best pickles EVER at Ace Hardware? Well worth the drive.
