Their sandwiches are great. Cant be the taste of their ham or turkey. Potato salad was awesome. Service from Domingo was great! Will surely return.

Purchased for years in NJ and NYC, was great. We have purchased in Miami for the last three and we are officially done. The quality of honey baked ham in Miami during the holidays is not reflective of what you get elsewhere. The ham we had today was a huge disappointment. There was no glaze, just powder on top. With pooling, flavorless water in the bottom of the foil. The ham was not even cut a third of the way. Never again will we spend money there.

It’s a good thing the ham is yummy. This review is based on my recent experience at this location today. As I pulled into the parking lot I was immediately screamed at by some little, angry, old “security guard” telling me NO PARKING! I asked him- where should I park as I thought this was the parking lot. His reply to me was to raise his arms in the air and give me a dirty look. As he was absolutely no help I backed out of the parking lot and found a spot on the street.As I approached the store there are rows guiding you as to which way you should enter. I had already purchased my ham online and arrived during my reservation window. So I found the line that said “prepaid pickup” and began to enter the store. Before I could get in there was another angry “security guard” who said “did you prepay” and I answered yes. He then said “let me see your code”. I told him it was in my email and would have to look for it. He would not let me enter the store while I searched through all my emails to find my special “code”. Now as I’m standing there (searching through my emails) about 5 people walked right by me and into the store without the interrogation from Mr. Security. Finally once I found my email- I was allowed in.I understand this is their busy time of year but there is no need to be treated like a criminal- I was only trying to pick up a ham that I had already purchased and followed all the rules. It appeared that the “security guards “ were off duty Miami PD with their dollar store badges and cute little guns. Maybe next year this company should look into hiring people that are not over- stressed from their regular jobs that they probably have failed at! You have lost a customer for good.

Will never go through that disaster again. Three ring circus without ringmaster. After prepaying had to endure hours waiting and seeing the line which had not prepaid move faster. And all of this for overpriced green beans and broccoli! Dont think so!

I have never been to Honey Baked Ham Because I always thought it was just for ham for special occasions. But I was so wrong. They have lunch items that are AMAZING!! Their potato salad is delicious and the sandwich I got today was even better. I will be returning in a heart beat. Also Nadia was amazing helping me with what sandwich I wanted and the bone in ham I got. Great service and even better taste.

I was very please with the business yesterday. And both of the ladies was very nice and polite. And I was excited about the good deal and my family was happy too.

I went here about 3 days before Easter and was shocked to see no line and friendly faces. The ham is great, as always, and I will definitely return to this store again.

Lines are normally long but they are organized to move people fast and they are protecting the place inside to avoid spread of covid-19 wearing globes and having plexiglass at each register machine, like 8 of them

Terrible organization! Only 5 cashiers in 2020 to handle hundreds of people with no sense of urgency!! People are waiting 5+ hours to check out a frozen turkey or frozen ham! Absolutely ridiculous, there is no preparation, everything is frozen and they still take hours to serve you! Absolutely not worth the wait, take your money elsewhere! Terrible service with no respect for those that are first come, first serve!

Today we shared a “Honey Baked” ham at our Christmas Dinner. What a disappointment. The flavor was more like a dry, smoked ham... not the usual moist, honey flavors we enjoyed with others. It was expensive and too late to change, the ham was on the table.Everyone noted the unexpected taste and lack of tenderness. Has the company gone to smoked hams now? I reserved a ham and turkey, side and dessert. After having my husband make the line, he was told no sides no dessert without chocolate (we don’t eat chocolate). So what good is reserving the items? Went in a hurry for a last minute Christmas ham. They were organized and efficient. Glad they were open till 4:30 on Christmas eve day. They had security on site keeping everyone in line organized and in check. Good parking, great for quick in and out.

Why would you put a canvas tent outside with poor ventilation? Stood there in the blazing sun and tent for 1.5 hours.An older individual required 911 emergencyService due to the severe heat build up in the tent with the registers. Staff started to pass out water bottles to the clients.I volunteered at work to get our ham for the operating room for thanksgiving.Was the ham any good? I dont know. It was attacked by a pack if hyenas ie fellow employees. By the time I got my lunch break there was just a bone left. I ended up going to the cafeteria for my lunch.So go ahead and ask me .... am I volunteering to get the ham this thanksgiving? Not a chance!!!

Excellent ham!!. With the bone is $8.99 a pound. Without is $9.99. They also have turkey and bake goods as well as dressings. Check their website and get coupon for $5 to $7 off. They have extended hours during the holidays. Expect an hour waiting time.

I love the ham but it is absolutely crazy they don’t have another location closer to Homestead Florida.You have people in this massive line in the sun of Florida loyal to the company suffering because they can open temporary locations for the holidays and to think this will happen again for Christmas and New Years! Not fair to think so little of your loyal customers!

The ham is super delicious but the organization of this place when the holidays come around is insane. There should be 2 lines for those that already made an order and need to be picked up. Doing a line for more than 2 hours is just ridiculous. The girls working in the front were really nice and helpful.

I wish people would know how good this place is. Again, its much older than what I can remember. I was a kid when this place opened and at the time it was great. Now, I go there for holiday parties. I buy a whole ham or turkey, some Mac n cheese, gravy, mashed potatoes. I was even obsessed with one of their sandwiches for a long time. I recommend it!

Horrible service experience. I reserved an order for pick-up this evening, and after standing in line for close to an hour I was told that the order was not ready. Even though they said that it was being cooked I decided that no ham is worth putting up with this treatment. I left empty handed.In this day and age, when we all have busy lives and precious time to spend with our families, I would recommend avoiding this mad house and get your ham somewhere else.

Long lines prevented us from even considering waiting to get into the store.

Unfortunately this is the first time coming here and this rating is based solely on waiting in line. We made a reservation online on the website. I understand coming the day before a holiday would be busy. I had a reservation and they had one line, mixed with people that had no reservations. Total wait time was two hours.Once inside frustration and blood booking is what was felt. Of course they ran out of some hams. The lady in front of me had a reservation and was told that they ran out of what she ordered but they were making more.They luckily had mine, and I asked to speak total he manager. She said that the reservation is just to hold the ham. Which is completely ridiculous.The guests that didnt have reservations occupied more time. Which is why having separate lines is a must.

My husband goes every year because they have the best ham.

I work in an office at FIU (Florida International University) and we are going to have an event that we want them to cater in but there are too many people who we did not speak with that keep calling us and asking us if we have ordered anything from them yet. Also today they were asking for an Alyson who no longer works there since 19 years ago. All I can say is that they need to update their records of clients and to have one person for one client.
