Amazing service at this FFL. A friend of mine came here a month ago and he recommended me this place, I also read a few reviews and most of them are good, so I sent my rifle to this FFL for my transfer. My rifle arrive late on Monday as per UPS tracking, I was expecting to get their call on Wednesday or Thursday but they call me the next morning. I have to say that is imposible to make a bad review to this place, Sonia was super nice and helpfull, the system was slow with the background check and she was giving me updates every 5 min . The office is on the second floor but a soon as you step on it you can see a sign with the direction to Rightful Liberty. I extremely recommend this FFL for your transfers.

Best FFL I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. I have done two transfers here and service was above and beyond. Sonia and Ruben are both very knowledgeable and friendly. They even gave me same day service on assembling a stripped lower. I couldn’t ask for better people to deal with. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Read carefully!!This place does NOT SELL GUNS!They handle Federal/ATF paperwork, and FFL.If your buying for example a suppressor, or bring a weapon..they handle the background check, and other things.They get the job done correctly always.

I used this FFL because of all the good reviews. I called Ruben to let him know I was doing the transfer through him. Right away I could tell he was a cool guy. The hardest part of the transaction was driving the 15 or so miles to get there. I recommend them, he and his wife are great people. You wont be disappointed

I truly wish I had received the same service as many other people have written. I wasnt buying, I was selling. They said they would call me back that evening (she receives the merchandise but apparently he works a job somewhere else) but no call came. I left several messages over the next few days but never came through; I had to keep calling. Finally he called me back and offered me $300, which was lower than what I wanted but ok. He said he would call be back in a hour to work out the details. Two days I finally get a call but he had changed his mind and would only give $200. I said thanks but thats too low and I would like to come in and pick up my handgun (Friday afternoon). He said they had already closed. No problem, what time do you open tomorrow? We are closed tomorrow. Monday at what time then? We wont be here; in fact we will be gone until the following Monday. He already had the gun in his store since the week before. When I did manage to get him on the phone he never let me know he was shutting down for a week. So, he tied up my sale for over two weeks. By the way, I sold the gun three days later for $450. Poor service, over promise and underperform, not people of their word...my experience anyway. They lost a potential customer and earned this negative review. Beware. LIVE AND LEARN.Once again you misrepresent the truth; I solicited no one at your place of business...you werent even there. A customer in your store asked me if I was interested in selling the gun to him since you all didnt want it. I was courteous but did not sell to him. Wrong again...Im not upset you didnt purchase the gun, I was courtesy to you when you came back with your low offer. I was upset because 1) you dont return phone calls, and 2) you had my gun for two weeks; YOU should have had the courtesy of letting me know you went out of town and shut down for a week. Finally, the gun that I sold is all over the internet for the price I received for it.I realize you want to save face; I get it. But Im not upset about the transaction, just your poor service.

Excellent experience with FFL transfer for first-time online purchase. Ruben was extremely helpful describing the process by phone. Sonia called me less than an hour after she received delivery and helped get me on my way with my new purchase as quickly as possible. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

You get what you pay for. Sure its the cheapest in the city, but they receive 140+ boxes on a Tuesday, are not open Monday or Friday, are only open 12-5pm, and are severely understaffed. Youd think the owner would be willing to pull a few more hours or days or hire more staff when they receive that kind of volume, but they dont. Dont use them unless youre ok with waiting for them to process your package for 5+ days after it arrives there. Spend another $5 at another place; itll be very worth it IMO.

Extremely patient with me since many hurdles from sender... but Ruben was there and it all went smoothly. Also, his transfer cost is the best around, And i can text him information on purchases at non business hours and he still responds and gets it done. Professional, courteous service. I will recommend Rightful Liberty to anyone. He has a no bs attitude about the fact that you cannot get a better deal than online, and as such he facilitates those purchases for you for only a $15 charge to accept them for you. Awesome! I have always had a great experience at Rightful Liberty and the people there have always gone out of the way for me. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a great deal on FFL transfers and other services. They pack things the right way. Not the mickey mouse crap packing that I get from a lot of places who dont care how your gun arrives. Dont pay attention to the one or two users who posted low feedback. When you see that the general rating is high, you can bet that you will not have any issues. Rightful Liberty has been around for years. If they were doing things wrong and offending people they would not be around for long.

For my very rifle purchase I bought an M10 AK and I wasnt sure who to choose as my FFL. To be completely honest I only chose rightful liberty because of their rediculously cheap transfer price. BUT AM I GLAD I DID! Ruben doesnt only offer the best price around but he is always willing to to arrange transfers around conventional work hours for those of us that work. He also has a great knowledge about firearms and is always willing to take a look at your weapon should you have any problems and even charge a nominal fee for some work he can do as a gun smith. I have since purchased my second rifle a Mosin Nagant and had it sent to him with the same great results! As long as he continues to offer his services, he will be my FFL!

Rude lady up front. Launches trash onto the floor like its a trash can. Place was messy,dirty and sketchy. Speaks to people as they are a child. Will not be using this place for ffl transfers anymore.
