If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst customer service that I’ve dealt with and I’m a very reasonable person. I ordered a lower parts kit that was labeled as having a left handed safety selector. There was also another lower parts kit that stated it included an ambidextrous safety selector. I specifically wanted a left handed safety selector which is why I chose the appropriate product. The description also stated that the parts would be sorted into different colored bags. However, I was very disappointed when I received one pink bag with ALL of the parts in the same bag. It didn’t come in separate color coded bags. Also, I received an ambidextrous safety selector instead of a left handed safety selector. Therefore, they allowed me to send everything back so that they could send me the appropriate item as described online (different colored bags with the parts sorted and a left handed selector). Instead, they sent back the same items and said that the ambidextrous safety selector is an “upgrade” even though I didn’t ask for an “upgrade”. This process took over two months and it was never resolved. I asked to send it back for a refund and they said that I would get charged a 20% restocking fee. They took forever to respond and didn’t fix the issue at all. The product did not come as described.
I have ordered from this company on 2 separate occasions. The first time I had no issues. On the 2nd order I had some issues with their craftsmanship. After contacting them and returning the product their staff was very friendly. I spoke with Luis and David. Their response was swift and they went above and beyond what I had expected to correct my issues. I have dealt with many other companies and in my opinion this company will stand behind their products better then all the others. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
I ordered 2 uppers in April. I didnt receive an order invoice or any sort of confirmation of order. I also did not receive tracking information, and one day 3 months later I came home to a box outside my door. I live in a questionable neighborhood so random boxes arent appreciated. In the box was an upper, but not one that I ordered. I had no idea who it came from or what it was, as the box only contained the upper, no packaging material or packing slip. A few days later, I received a similar box, with just an upper, again, not one that I ordered. This one was stamped with the moriarti name, so I knew where it came from. After months of back and forth with a customer service representative named Tony (extremely rude and unhelpful) I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company, which was promptly decided in moriartis favor. They claimed that the uppers I received were from a different order which is why they didnt match the invoice. This order was the first and last order Ill ever place with them. After another month or so with Juliya, their CEO, they finally approved a return. I sent back both uppers, and received refund for one of them. Im currently trying to work with my credit card company and Juliya to receive my money back for the other upper, but my credit card companys hands are tied and Juliya doesnt respond. From reading other reviews and comments, it is clear that this company is a scam, and extremely efficient at it. The ATF should shut them down. People like Juliya are the reason why so many people are against the second amendment and gun rights. Id post pictures of the uppers, but moriarti is in possession of both of them and my money. Any lawyers out there want an easy case?Edit: Hopefully their response tells you all you need to know. This has been the entirety of my experience, responses such as this. Shop at your own risk.Edit 2: Images added. Image of ammunition is what their 458 SOCOM upper did to my ammo. Anybody who knows about guns knows how expensive that stuff is right now. Other images show the rails being MLOK with the invoice showing KEYMOD. Note the poor quality of the handguards. You can see the poor machining quality and materials in the picture.
Ordered an upper. Shipped within a week. Packed great. Upper looked and ran flawless!
I ordered 2 uppers from this company. One came and works as it should. The other did not operate at all. The company did hold up thier warranty only after asking me question after question for a month. I answered the same question multiple times and it made me feel like they where trying to get out of fixing the upper. After receiving the upper they replaced the barrel and now it is no longer threaded which is one of the reasons I bought it. The mock suppressor that acted as a break was held on by 4 Allen key set screws that when I put maybe 20 rounds through it flew off. In the end the upper did work but Im disappointed by the whole situation. If the problem is resolved I will gladly update the review accordingly.
7/21 Purchased a 7.5 Cookie Cutter upper. I was changing the hand guard and had to beat the gas block and tube out. Finally got it out and who ever put it together damaged it during installation. They never responded to my email. Tubes $15, I replaced it. If your having ejection issues, check your gas tube! This was a brand new never shot upper.
I ordered a 9mm AR upper kit. Came promptly. I put it together, my first AR upper. Threw it on a PSA lower and ran PMAGs with the MEAN Endomag. I was sure there would be issues, failure to feed etc. from all the reviews I had read and using the Endomag, which supposedly has reliability issues. Well It functions perfectly. 250 rounds through and no issues. I appreciate the product. I’ll probably order over the phone next time to avoid any issues and to start a relationship with a company I feel happy with.
I have never dealt with Moriarti before, and probably never will again.On Oct. 20th their site showed they had the (Glock compatible) AR-40 40 S&W/10MM BCG in stock. I read their terms and conditions 1-4 weeks to process orders, and purchased the BCG. I received the order confirmation email, which now stated 2-4 weeks to process and my card was promptly charged the nearly $200 for the part, shipping & insurance. That email also said “We begin processing your order as soon as your order is placed and it cannot be modified, altered or cancelled.”About two weeks later my order still shows “Pending”, and their site still shows the part is in stock. I tried contacting them using their Contact link, to check the status of my order. I got no response. Two days later Nov. 2nd I replied to the order confirmation email asking “Is this part currently in stock? Has it already shipped, or due to ship in the next few days?” I heard back within the hour.In that response they said “My sincerest apologies, unfortunately we do not have that part in stock at the moment. We should have some incoming by the end of this week, and we will get it out to you by the end of the week/as soon as the parts come in.”I responded that this was unacceptable to me, I would source the BCG elsewhere, and since they had not begun processing my order, I would like a refund immediately. I got no response from Moriarti.The next day, Nov. 3rd I filed a dispute with my credit card company for a refund. I emailed Moriarti to tell them if/when they get that part, DO NOT SHIP as I had started a refund through the credit card company. Moriarti has not responded.The things that irritate me the most about Moriarti. They advertised an item as “in stock”, they accepted payment for an item they didn’t have or ran out of, they kept my money for that item for two weeks, and at no point tried to contact me to let me know they didn’t have the item, and did I want to wait, or receive a refund so I could look elsewhere?
I Purchased a complete AR upper item was in stock, company clearly showed that there was a 2 to 4 week lead time on processing orders, which I thoroughly understood. Now that the pandemic hype is over, my order in two weeks. So far I’m extremely pleased with my product that I purchased. I will definitely buy from them again.
Ordered a complete AR9 and AR15 last year from Moriarti. Both guns still look fantastic with lots of attention to detail, will buy more in the future!
I cannot stress enough the AWFUL customer service. I purchased a complete AR10 upper and immediately had failure to feed issues. Took forever to get them to accept an exchange and then they tried to fix it when they promised a brand new one. The new one is having the exact same issue and now they are blaming the lower receiver. I sent a slow motion video proving it is an issue with the gas system, but they refuse to accept it and give me an RMA. Completely shady business here and do not care about customers at all, but rather to scam money from them!! Will never give them money again and neither should you!
Waited the time that the back order said it would take and happily recieved my 308 upper kit 2 days after they shipped it out. Everything looks great too. I think most people just get bent when they see all the bad reviews and notice the back order, you just gotta be more careful and most of all patient!

I ordered a complete assembled upper looked like a great product! BUT when I put it on my lower and took it to the range it would not cycle! All my parts are dpms aero Precision! Looking into it, the forward assist was pushed too far into the chamber where the bcg restricting it from cycling! Also the gas block was loose wiggling! I took pictures to send them and because I took it apart they said I MODIFIED IT!!! So I could not get a refund or a replacement!!! Worst company! Very bad products! I paid $600 for an upper that messed up my bcg and could have blown up!! Strongly do not recommend this company!!!!
I received what I ordered and it arrived in good condition. The rifle is very well lubricated, which is great. Their customer service is slow. That is why the some of the reviews are low. But since my rifle looks great I can forgive them.
TERRIBLE customer service. Again, TERRIBLE!!! Bought two AR rifles from them. One came completely wrong and had to have parts sent to fix the issues. The second one is useless as it fails to feed and came damaged. Getting someone on the phone is impossible, and emailing them takes months, IF they even answer at all. I spent 10 months trying to get this second rifle fixed or replaced and now they just ignore my calls and emails. Ive completely given up trying to deal with them at this point and am looking to file a formal complaint. I will NEVER buy anything from them again, and will never refer anyone to them. The sad part is, I was initially trying to convice my department to make a very substantial order from them including at least 15 rifles. Now I know better. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Terrible quality products, wrong components sent and installed, TERRIBLE customer service.
Scam artists selling snake oil. Beware. Ordered an AR45 from them which just failed to cycle or even chamber a round. Asked to get the weapon sent back to fix it. They sent me a UPS shipping label that would not comply with UPS standard of shipping a firearm. Then refused to send another one that complied with UPS standards saying we have never issued returns like this before. What a joke.
So I see a lot of negative reviews. I didnt see them until after I ordered so needless to say I was very nervous. Especially with the policy of wait 4-6 weeks and see what happens. Well right between 3-4 weeks I received a notice my order was shipped. Ive received the order and it contained all the pieces for my build. I ordered a complete kit. ( minus the lower) Im putting out this review so people do know its not all bad. Maybe they worked out their problems. Honestly I would order from them again.

I ordered something back in April. When I found out about the delay I tried to cancel the order. They informed me of a restocking fee, even though it was going to be 4 weeks before it would ship. Now 5 months later I still have not received my refund. I cannot get ahold of anyone via phone. Last contact via email was June 14th where they said it was being processed!
I placed my order for my Ar 9 complete upper and also collapsible stock buffer spring n tube on April 24. I have sent a couple emails and called a handful of times leaving messages each time it goes straight to voicemail. If I didn’t know any better I would think that this was a scam. If I just got one response it would make me feel A whole lot better but being kept in the dark like this is ridiculous.
After reading these reviews I am hoping I just didnt throw away $415 Saw an Upper for an AR-15 7.62x39 that I really was excited about getting.. When the website confirmed my purchase I did not get a confirmation number or E-mail which made me think and then I read the reviews.. Hopefully everything goes OK.. Gave 3 stars giving benefit of the doubt... see how it goes
Didnt realize the backorder until after order. Was able to order the whole Other locally same day, so dont need this anymore. Trying to charge a restocking fee when they havent even started production yet. Boo on you to treat a Veteran like this. Will never use these crooks again.
Got a complete custom build, came on time and as specd. Shipped to my local FFL and really smooth. Great work and craftsmanship...I was a little hesitant based in older reviews, but I think they are rounding the corner.Great job on my request, keep up the good work!
I would also give a 0 star if possible, worst company I have ever EVER dealt with. I purchased a 350 legend upper kit, was given half of a 350 legend set up but the barrel was unmarked and for a 6.5 Grendel (could have killed myself or someone else at the range). When I asked to return it I was told I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. Their customer service is horrible so i decided to go to the better business bureau and lodge a complaint. I love how the owner gives everyone attitude on their complaints, in case you forgot the customers are what makes your business possible. DO NOT BUY anything from these people ANYTHING.
Moriarti armaments has been my go to for a long time now however i have been severely disappointed with there costumer service. I have received a damaged product from them and for months have been trying to get this resolved and still am unable to utilize there product for the intended use. I have not been contacted back for some time now and am at a loss on what to do at this point.

I ordered a complete upper in cal. 308. Received everything with the exception of the complete bolt assembly. I sent e-mail because they do not answer the phone. NO ANSWER TO E-MAIL. I will not do business with this company nor will I recommend it to anyone.
They sent me the wrong item after over 3 weeks of my order processing. I contacted them about it and sent photos of the wrong item compared to my invoice. They only respond to emails and it takes 4-5 days to get a response. They responded asking what was wrong about my order despite my email explicitly stating what was wrong, as if they didnt read it at all. I replied again stating they sent the wrong item, and even sent them product codes of what they sent vs what I ordered. Of course, they havent responded and has been over 2 weeks since then. Crooked company, dont do business with them.
I recently purchased a AR-15 platform upper receiver chambered in 7.62x39 in pineapple red. So far I am not disappointed, right out of the box looked clean as hell and oiled up. Slapped it on my 5.56 lower and firing pin drops and cycles rounds as far as I can tell. I am really excited to put some rounds through this and will update this review once I am done. Customer service was a bit slow on email response but hey with the pandemic going on at least they still responded lol.

I have sent multiple emails and left several messages with no reply on any of them. They sent what I ordered despite my cancelation request and it is not the correct item. I tried to contact them again but still no response. This place is ridiculous. Dont waste your time or money. If the owner or someone sees this Id love to get this all straightened out.

Which I was charged for.I was told it would ship in 6 weeks, it has now been 17 weeks and still no upper. I have sent 19 emails with very little response.The last 5 no response at all. Please do not order form this company, your money will be well spent elsewhere.
If I could give zero stars or even negative stars I would.If you order something advertised as M-Lok on their website, do not be surprised when you receive a Key mod item. After contacting customer support I was given a line We will do our best to accommodate each order to clients preferences on options available, based on stock availability. So whatever they happen to have laying around is likely what you will be receiving regardless of what is being advertised or what you purchased. This is abysmal customer service. It took 3 weeks just to get an answer from them. I should have read the reviews here instead of their website because they also pick and chose which reviews get posted on their website.
Do not purchase anything from them. They say they are backed up but refuse to email you back and will not answer the phone. I ordered some parts over 7 Weeks ago and still have not received so much as an email from a real person when contacting them for support or status of order.

Bought a upper back in April from them claimed it would take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. On the 6th week they claimed it shipped. Yet fedex said otherwise...fedex said they never dropped it off at the facility when they were supposed to on May 28. It is now June 25 and no changes after contacting them via email about 6 times finally got a answer they told me to submit a lost package. FedEx said cant submit one since it was never dropped off at the facility and the company needs to call in and tell them the info. Horrible company will be calling my bank and submitting a refund. Please do NOT use this company

Worst customer service ever! I ordered a Blade 2.0 adjustable and they sent me a Blade Classic instead. Immediately with no delay I emailed them and it took forever to get a response. Finally, they asked me for pictures for proof that they sent the wrong item. I sent them the pictures. They responded that they will get back to me. I’ve called and left voicemails, emailed and they will not respond and will not make it righ. This company has kept my money and has left me high and dry with a product I did not order. All I’ve seen is bad reviews everywhere. I am now very afraid that I won’t be seeing my money ever again. I bought a AR9 last week through their website. I shouldn’t have I didn’t realize it would be forever to get it and I won’t be around to pick it up. I’ve requested a refund. Haven’t heard from anyone and you can’t call them. I wish I would have read these reviews and the “better business bureaus” reviews first. How can this business still be open? And why do they open at 12pm if they are so behind? Sounds like some garbage leadership and an even worse business plan. I guess I’ll have to get a lawyer to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER from this “company”.
Find another company to order from the hassle isn’t worth it. 4-6 week lead time just to tell you that an item previously in stock when you place your order is now on back order. I ordered a 308 build kit and was weary with the lead time but they sold the only build kits I could find. Had a separate billing address than my shipping address because I’d recently moved and the items were shipped to the billing address 2 states away and they hide it in the terms and conditions that they will always ship to the billing address. Appear to be missing sling loops that the picture of the item has and I was sent a 5.56 magazine instead of a 308 magazine like I ordered. Every time you have an issue and need to reach out to the company through email you have to wait 3-5 business days to hear back but thats an unreliable timeframe because they still might not answer. They don’t have anyone available to answer their phones so you have no other choice but to wait until they decide to answer your email but if you don’t reply back right away it’s hard to tell if or when you’ll hear back from them.

Ordered a 7.62x39 complete upper and a overpriced mag to go with it Sept 2020. I recieved the upper 2 weeks later with no mag. I contacted them right away and they said it would be shipped out immediately. Its now April 2021 and Ive emailed them 15 times asking for a refund or to ship my mag. They were responding every time until recent. They keep saying it will be shipped but never do. I waited 8 months for them to make it right but I have given up. Keep my 27 dollars. Clearly you need it more than me. Its to bad cause I wouldve given 5 stars had they not screwed me on a mag. The upper runs flawlessly . But they simply run a bad business and can not be trusted. I waited long enough before writing my review.Update: Been over a year and no refund, no more response. This business will eventually fail treating customers like this
Dont do it. I ordered a 350 legend upper before I had the common sense to actually research the company. After reading them I got spooked and called to cancel the order less than 12 hours after I ordered it, no answer. I look at my credit card, the charge was still pending, so I emailed them and said to cancel it before the card went from pending to charged. They responded 24 hours later saying I would be subject to a 15% restock fee for canceling, I said thats fine, cancel it. 24 hours go by, now the charge on the card goes from pending to charged. I email them again asking if they are still going to cancel it, they respond 24 hours later saying they have to get a manager to do the cancel. So I wait one more day, nothing. 2 days, nothing. 1 week, still no cancel or email saying so, card is still showing a charge. I wait 3 week and still nothing. So I took matters into my own hands and disputed the charge to my credit card company minus 15% for their restock fee even though I know its bogus, they never even pulled anything off of the shelve. Its now been 3 months and I havent heard anything. I still manage to get their email fliers every week though. Pay the extra money and buy from a trusted company.
Ordered a complete 80% build kit. I understood it would take time for the parts to come in. They arrived in around 5 weeks or so. I was very excited except when checking all the parts, I was missing the complete bolt carrier group. I sent an email and did get a response within 5 days asking for the invoice and picture of everything recieved. I sent them a picture and that I lost the invoice sheet but gave them the order number. Its been around 6-7 days with no response. Im trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but its not good to pay $850 and not get everything you ordered or even know for sure they received what they need to send me my missing part...
I ordered a .308 upper complete with nickel bcg and never received the nickel bcg. I’ve tried to get what I paid for and still haven’t received my nickel bcg it’s been almost 4 months. Do not trust this company, this has the worst experience of my life with a company. They say they will make it right but still waiting. I think they are just telling me what I want to hear. Will never do business with them ever again. They got me for $299.
The WORST non-existent customer service I have ever seen in 45 years. Just do not even consider buying anything from this company. You will regret it. They do not respond at all to emails, their phones have been offline for many many months, and if you are lucky enough to actually get some kind of response, it will be the least helpful response imaginable and you will never be able to get ahold of them again to help resolve the issue. You will absolutely regret ever giving this shoddy business a single dime of your money. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the HUGE headache.

(That I still dont have)I ordered a complete upper assembly along with a bolt carrier group and charging handle the first week of July 2020. Understandably it took 4 weeks to receive the order and I expected the delay due to the environment we are all facing along with the unprecedented times with guns and ammo. No problem at all.BUT, when I received the shipment on August 3, 2020 it did not have the charging handle or bolt carrier group in the box. I notified them via e-mail immediately since their phones are turned off. I did receive an automated reply back that said they would reply back in 5-7 days. After 11 days I didnt hear back so contacted them again via e-mail on August 14th and received yet another automated response stating they would get back in 3-4 days. This response also said that they had changed the support email to a different email address. So, I emailed that address and received a response back very quickly asking me to send pictures of the upper that was missing the parts. I was so excited that I actually received a very nice email from a live person. So, I sent the pictures as requested with in an hour or two of their request since i did have the upper with me at the time. After the pictures were sent on the 14th I didnt hear back from them. So, once again I emailed on August 29, 2020 and received the same automated email back that they would contact me in 3-4 days. Today is September 1, 2020 I still have not heard back from them since the 14th and I still dont have the bolt carrier group or charging handle that was supposed to be in stock back in early July 2020. And, to boot my credit card was comprised shortly after this order. Coincidence?????From many of the reviews that are here and on Face Book it looks like this is their MO, take your money immediately, send a partial shipment and provide very limited customer service. Should have read their reviews before ordering.On August 14th, since I had no faith in this company, I ordered the parts from AR15part.com and received it yesterday. I would have received it sooner except that USPS is way behind as I am sure you know. I highly recommend AR15part.com!
I placed an order on 7/8/2020 for a complete upper receiver they had listed as in stock. The CC was pulled the order Processed and funds removed from account. The 18 business day passed for non FFL items still no shipping info. I reached out to the company several times. Initially they told me it would ship that week but I received no shipping information. I have tried to reach out they twice since then and have not gotten a response. We are now at the 25 working days mark and still no product or support. I am filing a claim with my bank to have the funds returned. If it looks too good to be true than it is. I do not recommend this company, it’s amazing they are still in business.

I have had a great experience with moriarti so far, I received the .308 kit( minus bolt carrier), but also received the Beowulf sooner than expected. I have read bad reviews but so far they have been stand up.
They will rip you off. I ordered a upper from them waited the 4 to 6 weeks like asked then they say shipped it . It never came to me the tracking number they gave says it was delivered was not tried to reach them they will not respond to me. Calling the bank to file fraud charges on them .
I bought the Socom 10.5 with the fake suppressor unassembled so I can put it together, I already built couple ar15 with success but this pos the barrel feed ramps didnt match the upper and the fake can attachment points were already stripped and loose when I got it, its very cheap aluminum had to buy a real blast can because what they sent me was a joke! I messaged them last year with no response or resolution so I ate this one and bought a new upper that was within specs! It was an expensive lesson Ill never buy or recommend anyone to this company.
Ordered an upper and requested a refund the next day, they told me it was a 5% cancellation fee and I told them I was okay with that but they never canceled my order... they waited until it shipped then charged me a 20% refund fee....this businesses shady and shouldnt be in business I feel like I have been robbed so be very aware with this company.. I won’t shop ever again.
So I ordered 2 AR10S in February and its the end of April! I they are still not on the way. I deploy in a week and the company has a restock fee of 20%. First, it took too long for them to send the guns to my ffl. My ffl sent their info out 2 weeks ago and the guns are still not even on the way. So I have to cancel for the fact that I cant pick them up. Second, they wouldnt waive the $400 restock due to my deployment. If I would have known they took 3-4 weeks to ship from the day they receive my ffl info then I would have never ordered from them. I emailed for status updates 4 times and ended up not getting a response. So since they dont have a number on the website due to covid I had to get the number from my ffl. If youre having the same problems and need the number its 7eight6fournine5nine2ninenine. Good luck but I will not be dealing with this company ever again.
I ordered a 6.5 Grendel Upper with BCG. I ordered it in December. Hot the upper around Valentines, but no BCG Finally got it and even found ammo. Went to zero my rifle and the bolt wouldnt seat. I knew from experience it was headspace. I contacted them and was asked to send videos or pics. This was by a gentleman named Louis. Of course to be sure I took it to a local gunsmith. He confirmed it would not seat on the fire gauge. I emailed Louis again and all I get is crickets. All they have to do is replace the lug. Im going to contact BBB to see if I can comp my money for the lug and armorer fee.
Horrible online service. I wanted to build a custom rifle and was quoted $900. So I faxed my dd214 for a discount and asked for a build contract/agreement. After nothing for 5 days, I get an Email from them saying the invoice is now overdue with 900 owed. So they didnt honor the military discount, they sent no paper work or agreement to even build the rifle, and then the first time they sent me any paperwork it was a past due invoice for the ENTIRE balance, (not 25% as stated) a gun I didnt even sign off on building.
I originally left a one star review and even had to file a bbb complaint. The company however has since corrected all issues and gave me some store credit. The replaced an out of spec lower parts kit for me in a timely manner.I think if people read the disclaimer about shipping times and response times to emails it would alleviate a lot of problems.Some of thier kits are budget. I ordered a 9mm ar kit and an ar10 kit. Both are functional.I would order again.
Ordered a 350 Legend complete upper on March 7th, received April 4th. Order was exactly as described, and included the BCG and charging handle I ordered as an add on. No blemishes, nothing missing, no complaints.
I purchased an upper. I should of followed the reviews. They sent me the wrong length gas system. I needed a pistol length the sent me a carbine. 3 inch difference. The shroud was supposed to be key mod. They sent m lok. Took a month to receive upper. I notified customer service it took them weeks to get back to me. Then after months of having this issue they stated some thing about the flash hider being an a2 style and that it was not keymod. Ahhh i have no issue with the flash hider. Ita with the barrel shroud and attachment system. Also they stated that their pistol length gas systen is 7 inches not the standard 4. So please be weary of this company. They clearly dont care about customer servive.
Avoid buying from them. I will never order from them again. It has taken almost 2 months to get only part of the complete AR I ordered. When I did get the partial order, what was in stock 2 months ago is now on backorder and the item was not as described. They substituted parts I did not order.They wont take phone calls, and are an absolute rip off. Do not deal with them.
Shady af. Sold a completely non-functional AR9 and then got an attitude when asked to fix it, now they wont even respond to emails and dont answer their phones. Do NOT do business with these crooks.

Waited the better part of 2 months for my 8 45acp upper, and only after I emailed them about where my order was. They shipped me a 4.... 100% not what I wanted for the build. Contacted them again.... waited almost 3 weeks for an email that basically said take it or leave it. Sadly Im just going to settle. Didnt want to jump through all the hoops in hopes that I might see my money back in another 6 weeks. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
Ill try to cut through all the little things and get to the big issues. Its been 5 months since I originally placed my order, and I still do not have a working firearm. After waiting a long time to receive it initially (which I was fine with because I know the situation with the firearms industry), the firearm was inoperable. After many emails and poor communication on their end, I was able to send it back for repairs. 5-6 weeks after they received my firearm to repair, I sent another email to check to status of it (since they said it would be prioritized and handled quickly). I was told that I, me, myself, the customer, must send THEM 10-20 rounds of ammunition before they could finish fixing it. I dont know what else needs to be said. Its .458 SOCOM rounds, but Ive had no problem finding them myself. I cant believe that I have to order and ship them things in order for them to fix the firearm that should have worked in the first place.
I purchased two 7.62x39 complete uppers and paid extra for the BCG and charging handle. They arrived in about 5 weeks which is totally reasonable for what this covid pandemic has done to the gun market. However upon inspection yes they shipped my uppers which look to be decent pieces but they assembled them each with a .223/.556 BCG, not only will it not load a round or eject a round you can clearly see on assembly the bolt doesnt even sit correctly in the barrel lugs on the upper. I emailed their customer service line and explained my issue, I was lucky enough to receive one response asking me to explain my issue and after doing so and sending countless pictures theyve ghosted me. Ive sent 5 emails and since had to purchase two new BCG from elsewhere to remedy the issue. Do not buy from them if they cant even assemble an upper with correct parts.
These guys must feel that because guns have such high demand that they can just give up on customer service all together. I waited over a month for a “in stock” item. :) Ok maybe something happened...As a business you have to either respond to emails or use a phone. This company does neither. They have a phone number but they never ever have someone answer it. They do have a voicemail which they leave full for a reason. You should be having record profits so hire someone. Judging by these reviews there is no coming back for this company. The people have spoke. The positive reviews are possibly the employees?

First let me start off with i made my order 7/23 secondly I still am excited for my order IF IT EVER SHIPS! Ive attempted to contact someone since 7/23 atleast once a week, email, message, and phone calls. I have yet to get a single email or message back. I really really want to believe its from an influx of business however almost 2 months not a single acknowledgment? I want to give a good review because I know their products are of really good quality however the customer service is lacking horribly.

Ordered a 7.62x39 AR pistol upper and selected for it to come with the BCG which came in the mail within their promised timeframe. The AR pistol upper looks great (5 stars) however they sent me a 5.56 BCG instead of a 7.62x39 BCG. I called several times and left voicemails as well as sent them emails and have not received any correspondence
I recently ordered a upper from this company. It took a month to process my order. With understanding there is a big demand for guns/parts at this point. When I received it my barrel was not tight, my roll pin was bent, my gas tube wasn’t tight or even connected to the gas block and my gas block was loose on my barrel about two inches above the ports. I’m just a little sad they didn’t take the time to assemble it correctly. lucky I had my local gun smith look it over before firing it. Which could have ended badly. I have not yet shot with it but I’m interested in how the barrel will shoot.
Great custom build AR. Had to wait a little bit for it, due to the high demand, which is all over the country during the COVID-19. Which I totally understand. The components are good quality and I am really happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend!

I am the CEO of a non profit, Hunting With A Hero and needed a no recoil rifle for injured heroes to shoot. I ordered the 350 Legend upper shown on line in red, which is actually burnt orange front m lock and a black upper and looks awesome in the pic. What I received was the burnt orange m lock and a red upper that looks used. So I now shoot a rifle that looks like candy corn. You do not deliver what is in the pictures. The quality however and price point however, are exceptional! It shoots worm holes!!

Covid and all the other things may have slowed down orders but I just received tracking it may take 4 weeks but its like that every website stop giving bad reviews it hurts small business I have one Google should remove theese bad reviews
Buyer aware, currently i am active duty and ordered a kit from this company. I purchased the wrong kit and the item did not ship so i tried contacting them for a total of 10 business days or two weeks. Their phone number listed goes straight to voice mail. A multitude of emails with no response. a BBB complaint was filed, i wanted to do business with this company but all they did was cancel the order. Do buy from this company if you want terrible customer service and little to ZERO response on anything.
I have built 3 kits with this company and have been extremely satisfied with each one even in the Charlie 19 mess and received everything exactly with in the said wait time and will buy from again...
I will say from reading all of the negative reviews I was hesitant to even do business with this company. I ordered an upper any way. I received it yesterday and put 100 rds through it with no issues. It seems to be well made. I had no issues with communication and delivery of item was earlier than expected. Major management issues. As an FFL I deal with many vendors and manufacturers nationwide. These people sold me guns twice, refused to answer the phone, responded to email one time with a canned bs response, and then no more emails. I had to sic my credit card company on them. I ordered an AR-10 parts kit and after a month long wait due to corona virus (which I accepted as this is a challenging time) the wrong kit arrived at my house. I have left calls and emails for two weeks and there has been no response. My order number is 36504. Since posting this I decided to build the rifle I received but found that it double feeds and has ejection problems. I would like to send what I have back in and receive either a refund or a working firearm. Once I end up with the right working rifle or a refund on my purchase I will happily delete this review
Order an upper going on 3 weeks ago. Been trying to contact them about cancelling since it hasnt even processed yet but surprise surprise no response via phone, email nothing. Shouldve known better cheap product comes with similar customer service.

These people have one of the worst customer services I’ve ever seen. First it took a week over their 4-5 week Prediction To arrive. When it did it was sent to my billing address not my shipping address. They responded with apologizing and stated the fact that it’s company policy to prevent internet fraud. I questioned why I was even able to add a shipping address and was upset that they did not state their policy publicly within the buying process. Now I have to spend another $40 to ship it from my billing address to my shipping address (I just moved). They did not seem to care that I was unhappy and had the attitude of “oh well”. DO NOT BUY with these people if you are looking for an effort free purchase and an assurance that you get your product.
My best gun purchase experience yet. Aldo was informative and helpful with my AR pistol build from A to Z. In the midst of the Covid-19, I’ve been trying to buy an AR pistol for over 3 months but to no avail, not in the gun stores and or even online. With Moriarti Armaments I was able to build my own custom firearm in 7 days! The aesthetics and craftsmanship are second to none. Dont do business with this place .Order a 5.56 barrel now 3 weeks ago and still no shipping . I was told up to 2 weeks for shipping because of covid 19 . 3 weeks now and no barrel or refund . I have contacted them many times with 1 reply shipping time are 18-24 days . But it was 2 weeks or less when I ordered. I have since contacted my bank and opened a claim against them to get my money back..I have contacted Moriarti armaments many times since the 2 week mark to place cancel my order and refund me. Do not ship the item it will be sent back. They since replied sorry we cant cancel orders . Such bs with this place. I since order a barrel from another company, ordered the night before and the next day it shipped . I had it within 3 days from order to getting it. Point of the complaint is dont do business with this company
The reason for my one star review is that their online customer service is lacking, you cant talk to anyone on the phone, and there is no follow up if you have an issue. I send the FFL license 3 times and I still dont know if they got it. The price seems reasonable but not sure why they claim the firearm is in stock when it is obvious is not. If u order from here you will be waiting and waiting and good luck if u have questions. I know Covid-19 is an issue but I purchased from other retailers and armories and I have received all firearms to this date and all were purchased recently only waited maybe 5+ days as stated on the competitors website.
I purchased an AR from this entity, they chose not to contact the FFL dealer I provided to ship the fire arm to. Thus resulting in an extended delay in the shipment and processing of my firearm. This derelict company sent the AR and magazine in bubble wrap. Such unprofessionalism. I will never use their services again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
