We spoke to Josh and Manny, they helped us confirm the prices to the firearms & boy they was spot on. We left them on consignment, Which they only take 10%, while other shops take 35%. I walked into this place, stood by the counter and waited, waited and waited. I made eye contact and said hello to one guy behind the counter. No response. I watched another sales person finish up selling a guy ammo thinking he would at least acknowledge me, but nothing. After waiting a little longer as the two sales persons continued their conversation with one another (laughing and joking) my buddy and I decided to leave. The gun store lost out on at least one sale possibly 2 for something so simply as customer service. I do not expect the red carpet to be rolled out however; a simple acknowledgement that I am standing there would have gone a long way and cost nothing. Ill go down the street to the gun store on NW 20th and give them my business. Hopefully the owners/manager will see this and make the necessary adjustments.

Best gun shop around Miami. Was treated very nicely i was looking for a colt commander which they dint have at the moment and they took there time to show me all about 1911. I finally ordered with them a Colt competition full size and couldn’t be happier. Fast shipping and always very attentive with your gun and ammo needs. In my opinion one of top best reputable shops in Miami.A few people are complaining about prices, I research before I buy and theyre very fair. Maybe some prices were 1 dollar or 2 more than web. I definitely do not mind paying that specially at their convenient location which probably has a high rent price also. Theyre very fair.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We were going on a cruise and I wanted to fly with my firearm, but had no place to store it during the cruise. I called and spoke to josh who was extremely helpful during the entire process. Josh informed for 35 dollars they would clean my pistol and keep during the 7 days while I was on my cruise. On the way to drop off my pistol, our uber driver was going faster than normal and I arrived 30 minutes before opening. I knocked on the door and Josh came to the door and let me come in early so I wouldnt have to wait. Today we picked up and I received my pistol extremely clean and everything I had left with them including my tsa approved firearm lock box. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping here and Josh will take care of you. Thanks Josh for all the help.

Very interesting place, lots of accessories and toys. A little crowded to search but that is why the staff is there! Very nice and attentive staff with good service, especially one of the guys there. He genuinely tries to help and attend to your interests to point you in the right direction. Very good service from him. The prices are reasonably and good selection of new firearms, decent selection of used. Overall I think it’s a place where you will find something to buy no matter what. The service was great and it was close to closing time. If anything it needs is just a bigger shop lol.

I was skeptical honestly. A gun store in Miami, my first thought was that their gun prices needed to be high so they can keep up with rent and wages. I was impressed. Not only they have a good selection of everyday guns they also have a nice unique gun options: custom glocks, 1911s, long range rifles, knives, and more. List is not long but it is nice.Their standard guns and used gun selection is what pop the eyes. 1911 kimber for ~700 beans, beretas and czs for ~500 beans. wow.

My first time walking into this store and got a warm welcoming. The one who assisted me was named Manny and I gotta say very cool guy you can find what youre looking for. Definitely going back for any future purchases.

Personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. Theyll get you what you want, for a fair price. The whole purchase experience is awesome: they walk you through the store and help you find what you need, provide good tips for use and maintenance, help you find accessories depending on use, etc. Ammo has good price, close enough to what you will find in Internet, without the wait or the shipping fee. Terrific selection in knives also..! Ive following them since the the original location(5 years ago), and the last one is very cool. I got my CCW permit with them as well, so I also recommend this place for that too. Class was straight to the point, with very good examples from real life.

I get almost all my weapons gear and stuff here. They are polite, and know their stuuf. Josh is an information center when it comes to arms, And Erik knows all the carry laws!! Great selection, they have a consignment section if you want to sell your guns legally and with background checks, and they have all sorts of survival gear! These guys are great!

Best gun shop in Miami. Selection is great and if they dont have it theyll see if they can order it for you. Service is excellent- very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. And you will not beat their prices- not at other shops, not online and not at the shows. I took my CCW course here, they ordered me a tactical stock, got me the new XDs and let me put a purchase on lay-a-way. What more could you ask for?

The staff in this place (especially Joshua and Danny) are incompetent and full of trickery. After being cleared by FDLE (and I am a CWP Holder) they still refuse to sell me the firearm and would only return half of my deposit after holding it for over 3 weeks. These people are a bunch of FREAKING CROOKS! I highly recommend that anyone in the market for ARMS go ANYWHERE else but here.Their prices are much higher than most other shops and in no way shape or form would they even consider giving you store credit. Their goal is to take your money for NOTHING...You guys should be a shamed of yourselves, REALLY!!!

I made arrangements with Johnson Firearms by email and phone (I live in Mississippi.)Japan has an absolute myriad of regulations and laws that must be followed in order to complete a delivery. (ONE rifle *per person, per LIFETIME* after a TEN-year qualification period--choose wisely) The U.S. State Department has regulations and applications that must be understood and followed correctly.Johnson Firearms is the entity with the export license, but they must arrange shipping through a firearms approved international freight carrier once State Dept approval is granted (not FedEX, UPS, DHL, etc.).I was told that David is the owner and that he handled overseas exports--I had called twice for legal or document clarifications. Both times, he received my messages and answered within 2 business days. David was phenomenal in his communications; emails were also replied within 2 business days (70-80% within one day).When my Stateside translator had trouble with interpreting some responses, David was helpful in instructing us on data/informational/dossier requirements for the State Dept. (he knew exactly what answers were required)There is no Social Security number(ing) system in Japan--Each citizen has two required addresses. Japanese documents reflect that--one address is designated as the current residence address, and the other is a birth (main) address--which is the current residence address of ones parents at the time of ones birth. They are listed on Japanese documents as current address and main address. Obviously, most people move from the main address (of birth)--families move, homes sold, etc. HOWEVER, list this incorrectly, and State Dept regulations dictate that the freight carrier must deliver to that address. Japanese Customs will not release to the wrong main address. We have once chance at this, and David was instrumental in getting this correct the first time--because of course, it would be very suspicious (and costly) to have to resubmit a translated application because of such an error.Except for this (major translational headache caused by cultural differences) EVERYTHING at the Johnson Firearms end when smoothly and quickly--as quickly as anything can when two national bureaucracies are involved.I purchased the rifle before I had the Japanese documents for translation; it was such a rare find that I *had* to buy first and take on faith that Johnson Firearms would perform well and correctly as an exporter. Even with Christmas, New Years, and the SHOT show costing us about 15 days on the bureaucratic end, purchase to delivery took only 10 weeks! (This includes 5 [countem, f-i-v-e] entities-- my friends local Japanese police [for their interpretations of U.S. State Dept requirements], Japanese Customs, US State Department, Johnson Firearms, and the freight carrier, AirSea).Johnson Firearms fees seemed to me to be the going rate, and while high by US monetary standards, I certainly got what I paid for in performance and service. We couldnt be happier with our dealings with Johnson Firearms; their choice of freight carrier also eliminated all delivery apprehensions. I was emailed planned way points and transfers for the shipment, the airway bill, ETAs, and notification of delivery to both Narita Airport (Tokyo) and Japanese Customs.David provided a MOST EXCELLENT SERVICE in a trying and educational experience.Thank you!!

I have mixed feeling about this store, I work but 2 blocks from this location I went here looking for a particliar ar15 rifle (S&W AR15X) to be excact the gentlemen told me that it was on back order and tried to sell what he had in his store, then when I asked him whats the best price can he give me he did not budge not even a little, so I shopped around and I come to find out the S&W MP AR15x I wanted was NOT on back order and I found a better AR15 (COLT AR15) for the same price that they would have sold me the S&W AR15, dont get me wrong they have a great selecion but in todays economy everyone is looking to get the best bang for their buck and this location was not willing to help!!!
