I went in to take the Florida Firearms test, and being a first timer, I was very intimidated to go to a gun shop.Especially more so with the gate that I had to be buzzed through.And when I was waiting, everyone in there looked like they knew what they were talking about and are looking for.But the guys here made everything easy and they were very friendly. The process was nice and easy.

He knows everything possible about firearms, ammunition, & on top of all of that, he can give You advice on anything else at all that You may need to know, especially if You are new to South Florida. I supplied parts for Beretta .22 to be fixxed. Charged $75 for ejector spring and plunger repair then pointed to a large box of .22 ammo said $15 I said I would take 1. He then opened box and pulls out a tiny box and hands it to me 😂. I bought it and dropped near $100 on 50 Aquilla© brand.22 shells and a $30 repair... Ill go to my usually gunsmith and ammo dealer from now on. What a rip. Esspecially 22 ammo I can get a bucket of Remington for 19.99. Gouging is common now gr8 anything gun and this place is no exception. They were very nice about it though. Why shouldnt they be right?🤔

Responding to poor reviews: Dont expect instant friendliness in ANY gun shop due to the nature of the business and safety. Trust takes time in this field. Irving is a no-nonsense person and will get you what you need -honestly and ethically.

Nothing but good things to say about Irv and his family, i did my CCL with Florida Firearms, he is also my FFL and my go to guy for anything firearm related, i trust his opinion and knowledge 100%.Fully recommend Florida firearms for all your fire arms and Concealed carry permit needs.

Mr Erv is very knowledgeable,very strict with Federal Laws which is a very good quality every gun owner expect to find in a serious FFL Dealer,and at the same time is helpful giving you advices and or recommendations some others wont.He even one day that I finished late my shift work, waited for me after his working hours in order to start my process of getting my gun home.I definitely recommend this bussiness.Peace through strengh.They also train you as a CCW Holder ....and thats AWESOME!!!!He goes the extra mile for everybody.

Great knowledgeable gun shop. Bought and sold used guns here, they have many unique items. Its right next to the bagels & company. Definitely should call ahead before stopping by. Miami is not exactly known for quality gun shops so this one is definitely a gem.

I wish there was a 0 start option, the worst experience ever. IRV is super rude and makes paying clients feel as if he’s doing them a favor. I paid him $176 since October 2018 to get my license renewed, tried calling and email still nothing, until today 7/15/2019 he emails me saying “what’s my problem” for me to call the state. I’m a disabled army veteran so my renewal should have been a 1 2 quick process. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and specifically not anyone from the arms forces. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, they don’t answer your phone call, all he does is collect the money and leave you out to dry.
