Excellent and professional gun shop. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service is quick, and, they even have a gunsmith on location for any repairs or builds that might be needed. I have had two repairs, and each time the repair work was done quicker than the deadline they initially gave me. It has always been a good experience anytime I have been there. Florida Armory is vastly different from a competitor right up the street from them who seems to be the literal antithesis of courteous, friendly, and professional.

I have bought a couple of pistols and a long gun from these folks. I go in now and then and buy something else. Service has always been excellent. Prices are fair in my opinion. Not high. Not sure what the bad reviews are really about. Not to sound whiney but complaining because the store is busy is pretty petty.

This is an AMAZING Local Gun Shop and they are extremely friendly and they treat you like your family. The only downfall is the prices theyre a little on the high side. Still very friendly and there arent but 3 places around here to get all your needs met.

Its a bit small, but the people here are helpful, and knowledgeable. They will process transfers that require background checks. Their prices are very competitive and they will usually beat their competitors pricing as long as they have what youre looking for.

A couple of months ago I bought a Smith&Wesson SD9 VE because I got hire to work a close protection detail last minute and I needed a secondary weapon.I purchased the gun and a waist holster for a little over $800 The gun cost me well over $600 a gun which is usually less than $400I have gone to that store before and never had an issue, but this time these people did me so wrong, so I havent gone again. Thanks to that, I found this other store, which since, has become my go-to.These people are knowledgeable, but I would only recommend anyone to go if you are willing to pay for knowledge. Their prices might be twice as much over their original retail price, compare to other gun shops, which have up their prices due to the recent demand, so make sure you do your due diligent research before you go to this place

My gun came with a factory defect and I had to come back to look for some help; Omar and the owner were super nice and helped me to solve this issue immediately, they contacted the manufacturer and got the part that was defective in a matter of days. While they were very professional and courteous, they are very expensive in comparison to other shops. Used them as a FFL transfer because they were close to my home and listed on the website I bought from, but they charged me double what most other shops charge. I also spent a few minutes looking around and noticed prices were significantly higher than most places.. Most over priced gun store in America. I seen slr 107s at many gun shops. Yes its rare to come by but not for 2499. I talked to the main distributor for Arsenal arms and the next shipment is due in the summer time. Yet instead of admitting the fact of being way over price they called me a little girl like its grade 5 all over. Just goes to show what their business mantality is about.

First off id like to say that this is a nice store with helpful employees and a good selection of inventory. The PRICES ARE ANOTHER MATTER however.My father and I went in to buy some ammo about 2 weeks ago and ended up impulse buying two firearms. A pistol and lever action rifle. After doing some research online and at other local gun shops we were surprised and disappointed when we realized that we were HEAVILY UP-CHARGED for our firearms and ammunition. I understand that due to the current pandemic, prices have gone up but your prices should at least slightly resemble your competitors prices. This shops prices were astronomical when compared to Warrior gun range, Zulu armory, South Dade gun & pawn and the internet. They may claim that it is because other local gun shops are out of stock. THIS IS FALSE I saw my p365 in stock at Warrior gun range, Zulu Armory and South Dade gun and pawn all at significantly lower prices. It is a shame that they take advantage of inexperienced gun buyers as they lost some customers who would have certainly purchased more firearms in the future.
