Even though their customer service is great, respectful and understanding management is terrible. Not only they shipped my FFL item to the wrong person and wrong state, management could only give me 3 free stickers to solve the problem, let’s be realistic who cares about 3 stickers when at the end of the day they’re going to be thrown away.My FFL had to be shipped back to FL and then re-ship it to TX and they couldn’t even do an overnight shipping although they messed up from the beginning.Excellent customer service but terrible management, hopefully Gustavo gets to read this so he knows what type of people he has working for him.

High quality parts at a more then reasonable price. The billet upper & lowers are perfectly CNC’d from one piece to make a perfect fit. Don’t hesitate to buy any of there products. Bought a new BM-9 and out of the box at the ffl I couldn’t get the safety to engage. Still took it home and after some hammer work was able to get it to move but still stiff. Went to the range and every mag 3-4 times the bolt locked open with rounds still n the magazine. Emailed and got an initial response then silent. No help, no response. Will not buy from them again. Terrible customer service. FYI this is the first negative response I’ve ever left about any company.

Simply junk. Bolt locks open every 2 to 3 rounds. Brought it back had it adjusted added a folding stock, same problem. There are much better products on the market for the same or lower price.

Ive attempted to contact this company at least 5 different times. My firearm burst fired at the range the RSO had to ask me if I had a tax stamp for my fire arm. I had to explain that the firearm is semiautomatic. I had to leave the range because of the firearm...

I bought an AR-15 from Gus at Brigade about 9 months ago. Gus knows just about everything about guns, very informative. Since buying my AR I have fired over 1,000 rounds through it and it honesty keeps getting better. I took it to Michigan and dropped a deer from 70 yards away. I have shot the gun in temperatures ranging from 20 below in Michigan to 90 degrees in south Florida. The recoil on the gun is minimal in fact my wife loves shooting this gun for that reason. I have shot many rounds with my long range deer scope and my short range tactical red dot scope, the accuracy with both is outstanding. I have put a lot of wear and tear on this gun and I feel it has held up amazingly because of the quality that went into manufacturing this gun. I would highly recommend this gun. My friend and my brother both purchased one and are very happy. I also just purchased a 300 Blackout from Gus and I am looking forward to trying it out this deer season. Purchased a BM91 star because I love the color. 😂First day at range, trigger pins walked out and jammed calling for a complete new trigger assembly.Next trip to range; was fine, although little issue with magazines seating. Luckily I got home when I did to clean firearm, because all sorts of screws and springs began to fall out of pistol.Contacted “customer service, they completely disregarded my question and began to explain their poor design flaws, and lack of loctite.I asked if the had overlooked my questions and their overall response was “LIVE AND LEARN!”Absolutely horrible all around.I sure hope no one else has a single screw fall loose when they need to rely on their firearm from BRIGADE MANUFACTURING during a home invasion.

Purchased a 16 300 blackout upper receiver from Gus about two months ago and after firing over 300 rounds, I must say that the results have been better than expected. Im looking now purchase his new 9mm pistol after taking a look at one he has in stock. If you are looking for an upper, lower of complete Ar rifle, I strongly recommend to look at what Gus has to offer.
