We are very happy with our new custom built golf cart, very competitive prices, outstanding customer service, miguel the owner was always keeping me posted on how the built was going, they had to do some out of the ordinary work to our roof in order to lower it to fit my toy hauler. Low quality work (Miguel), terrible customer service (Gloria). STAY AWAY! Mechanical and cosmetic issues. Owner refused to repair some issues, when we told them I’ll have someone else make the repairs, they threatened to void my motor (2 years) and battery (1 year) warrantee.*some of the issues in the pictures were repaired *

What an incredible experience I received at Vice City. I had been to three other local shops and they could never get it done right. I took it to Miguel and he took care of it by fixing what the others dis wrong and correcting the original issue. Not to mention great pricing for the work he did. Vice city even went out of there way and detailed my gas ez-go cart at no charge, and trust me when I say that must have been no easy task as it was originally a plant farm cart and after I purchased the cart it literally sat outside under a tree with sap. INCREDIBLE, INCREDIBLE job Vice city!

Went with my family to Vice City Golf Carts and met Miguel and he showed my all different types of golf carts and different options and prices available and within days he had the right golf cart for us and had it delivered the same day. After driving it a week it seemed to have a problem with the charger and I reached out to Miguel and he picked up the cart that same day and had the issue resolved in a day. Now the golf cart is working perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Excellent prices and customer service. I recently bought a Club Car from Vice City and was treated with respect and sincerity. I am very happy with my purchase.. Miguel truly goes on and beyond to accommodate and accessorise your carts need. Most dealers do not have all accessories on hand and they need to be ordered. That process is a bit slow and can certainly impact buyers expectation but it gets done.. Although I am still waiting on my seats upgrade, Miguel is very understanding and likes to cater to his customers. I am confident they will get done. I highly recommend doing business with Vice City. They are good honest people, offer good quality carts and stand behind their promise. They deserve to be recognized fairly. Thank you Miguel and Vice City for your dedication.

Easy experience. I came for a cart I saw online, test drove it, but ended up buying another cart for not much more in cost. They have various carts to look at, but their custom work looks really good. However, I did not customize anything. I was looking for a less expensive option and I found it!

Great company!!! 4 days before Christmas I ordered a custom cart and they promised me delivery before Christmas Day. The truth and facts are that we were going to trade in our golf cart and due to the fact that you lied and repeatedly miss lead us, we ended up selling the golf cart. The difference in invoice prices has nothing to do with taxes but rather the trade-in value.

I just bought a golf cart and it was a 10 out of 10 and I would go back to buy another one if I could. All the workers there are so amazing and nice.

Went to Vice City Golf Carts to purchase a cart I saw online. The one online had been sold so they were going to build one just like it. They said it would be done in a week but it wound up taking 2 weeks between setbacks wrong parts being ordered.After missing the initial promised delivery date we agreed to delivery for the following week.After having the cart for some time they told me they would apply what I paid for mine to a Brand New EZGo Gas unit and would have to pay the difference.We went and gave them the difference and its been 2 months and we still dont have our new cart.This experience has been nothing but headaches and broken promises.After my experience I would not recommend working with them.
