The seller is new. The father left and son feel too powerful to impose his ideas upon you.He has increase his margins to $200/once because gold coins are very scarce because russian are buying them all.I went to another gold coins dealer and the spread was $150And the owner much more polite.

Andrew, the gentleman who was at the desk, was very polite and gave me a fair price on a couple of gold coins and a jewelry piece I was selling. Will definitely be coming back to this shop to see what coins he has to buy once I have some cash to burn.

Took a $100 Red Seal note that was torn but 100% and still crisp. Employee told me it was not worth anything meaning not even the $100 face value. Needless to say that I left with my $100 note. Its still worth more than $100.

I recently purchased some Gold Eagle gold coins at this store. They have friendly service and help people starting to buy coins. I took one star away because they are not wearing face masks inside the store. I understand it is their right but still I did not feel safe once inside the store. I did ask them to wear one but they refused. Other than that it was a good experience. I will buy again once the pandemic has passed or they wear face masks.

I went in to this coin shop my first one ever and though I’m new the employees were very pleasant to speak to and informative. The warm welcome made you feel like you were free to relax and check out at your own pace. There was no rushing and good conversation. I enjoyed my time there and will definitely be going back. Been using these guys for a couple of years. Nice shop friendly staff but their pricing structure for selling could use some refinement. They originally quoted me $10 under spot for gold buffaloes but when I brought them in the price had dropped to $30 under spot. Both pieces were mint sealed and untouched. We negotiated to $20 under spot but when I got the check it had changed to $25 under. Not willing to make a scene over $10 I moved on. I’ll probably use them again but really hope for a more professional selling experience.

I often go here, great prices best I’ve seen in my entire life. If your new to collecting this in the NO.1 place to go as they won’t rip you off and will give great advice.

Extremely rude. The owner refuses to wear a face mask 😷. After we requested him to wear a mask, he says that he was NOT going to allow people in wearing a mask. When we walked out, he took down the sign asking her clients to wear a mask 😷. What an idiot!

I was there with on Friday I bought an American Eagle 5ounce Silver 999 round.Its a beautiful coin.As Im about to pay I asked for my receipt,the younger attendent guy begins to write me a reciept, I the print and sign my name on the paper.But later as Im at work I realized he never gave me my copy of the receipt.What is that practice called...Anyway next time I go back Im going to ask why he didnt give me the copy ....weird.Anyways its an American Eagle it stands for itself.

Went in this morning to sell a 1oz silver dollar,the older gentleman in the front was nice and professional. The younger man was very quick to judge my coin telling me its not even worth the silver and didnt even really inspect it and was rude .Anyhow I will not be going to this coin shop anymore

The young guy that works there is really rude. I went in with some old silver jewelry to sell for my sister and mom and the guy automatically assumed it was stolen and didnt want to do business with me. Very unprofessional and judgmental. I will never go back there again and I recommend others to stay away. Until they learn some customer service

The place is nice not gonna lie, BUT the younger guy that works there, not sure what his name is, he can be a bit rude. I went in to check some coins out and he litterally skimmed through the coins telling me just like that that they were worth nothing without checking 100%. Anyways thats my opinion. i ended up taking my coins elsewhere and they took the time to sit and check the specs of the coin and turns out one of the coins is in the $1000’s I even got an offer from the 2nd place i went. Moral of the story go to several places...

I had read all the warnings on-line about getting ripped of at gold, silver and coin places so I was nervous when I 1st went in. I brought a small portion of the silver coins that I was going to sell and did the research about how much they were worth before going. I was surprised when the owner buzzed me in how nice the place was. It looks like nothing from the outside. The man who took care of me turned out to be the owner. He was very friendly, professional and most importantly fair. He offered me very close to 100% of what I had estimated the coins with me to be worth. Since then Ive been back 3 times with coins and dollars that me parents had left to me. the other times, I was taken care of by the son, Andrew. Hes very knowledgable, professional and fair also. I will be returning to sell the rest of the collection that I was left and I would definitly recommend this place to a friend.

Son was very rude. 2.50 over spot for generic rounds. Rip off the people that are unaware that those rounds are .79 cents over spot online. Son informed me that you can find those prices anywhere when he asked me where I found those prices I mentioned at Gainesville coins. He responded by saying they are not Gainesville coins. No kidding not even close. RUDE AND DEMEANING if he knew who he was talking too he probably would have askede for advice on precious metals.
