Money Hungry Scammers! Here’s the deal. First, they bring you in with a $4 battery watch replacement “large sign” then, they charge you double because it’s not a Timex. They give you an estimate for repairing jewelry and when you go back to pick it up, it’s much more! These people are top notch scammers! The poor keep getting poorer because of people like them. Stay away!

Don’t go to this place for a battery change. I brought 2 watches, both which got destroyed. One of the watches, they destroyed the second hand and it’s just bouncing around behind the crystal. They are NOT a watch repair company so they will not fix it.

Stay away they stole my bracelet it wasn’t worth much but it was sentimental to me it happened today I lost my paper that they give you so she said without the paper you got no chance i never thought they were like that but they are trust me if they did that to me they will do that to you elder lady she is the one be careful I actually found the interest payment I made for my bracelet I wrote it down just to keep in mind when I paid it and you know it’s not worth my time to call the police and so on too old for that I just let it go that is why I am posting this and by the way I got my ring out of there before they decided to take that from me just be ware God Bless

I was super pleased with the service, and trusting even more in them I returned again and again to fix some gold garments, I was super delighted with the service provided, quality, price and without a doubt the attention and treatment was excellent. My clothes were like new, precious, the prices I did not expect incredible, the seriousness and punctuality with which they always called me to pick up my clothes, in less than two weeks I fixed rings, bracelets, more than 4 chains even one of the chains gave him I completely changed the design almost to make it new and I am fascinated with the result. They scratched the covers of all the clocks when changing the batteries. You can not claim because you are a liar! Who do you claim if the dependents and the manager do not know how to treat you with respect?

Apart from scratching the watches, they put OLD batteries on them, they dont even last 3 months !! I wore an 18K ring (checked)) and they told me it was 14k! They only charge the batteries in cash and do not even give you a receipt so that you cannot claim! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

My experience has been horrible with this jewelry. I left 3 pieces to repair on December 13, they told me they would be ready on December 19, when I went that day to pick them up they only had one thing ready and they told me that the rest could be picked up on December 22. I went again on the 22nd and They didnt have them ready for me and they told me they wouldnt have them until the new year but they couldnt give me a specific date. It bothered me a lot because I felt cheated so I decided that I no longer wanted to repair my garments with them and when I asked for them back the answer was that they did not have them in the store because they took them to other places to repair them that would have them available on Monday 24, They never called me and since they were holidays, I waited and today December 27, after not having heard from them, I come back to the store and my clothes are not there. The truth is that I felt it as a total lack of respect. If you do not have enough personnel to repair, then at least be honest and do not give such a short time to pick up, so the customer can decide whether to wait or not. Horrible service. Im really just going to pick up what belongs to me again and I will never set foot on this site again. I do not recommend it to anyone, it has a terrible service.
