This place is disrespectful in every way how they communicate, how they work. They told me my order would be done by a certain time they didn’t go by that. They messed up a couple of my items and think it’s something ok to do . They try to hide the fact they mess up, and don’t message you to follow up to keep the order going and they go by what they feel. Oh and not to mention you have to put a deposit for your items even though they can’t get the order right.

Horrible company, got the order wrong. They were glad to take the money, but wont respond when refund is requested. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.Lied about send out item for 2.5 weeks. Buyer beware!!!.

Absolutely terrible customer service, incredible lack of professionalism and I will be sure to warn my fraternity as well as other fraternities/sororities to not use their services. Not worth the cost what so ever. The least that a company can do is be sure to have orders in on time and to make sure if that cannot be fulfilled then to let the customer know. No remorse and no sense of responsibility for their employees actions or lack there of.Just go elsewhere. I truly encourage looking into another provider for greek merchandise.

Its the only good place to get Greek gear without going online. Service is always great and when doing a custom piece they really help you through the process.

They are normally open on Saturdays, but I went to visit today 10/7 and they were closed - I called the number and they said they were doing inventory. Closed on arguably the busiest shopping day of the week - makes sense.

I was over charged on shirts they made mistakes on. He doesnt have any respect for customers. He practically will curse you out if you call him out on his mistakes. Doesnt know how to organize his time after I made the order three weeks in advance. He will not provide a detail receipt. I will no long come back to this place.

This place was awful! Called ahead to find out about possible nalia, was told a lot was there, only to come and find the selection was awful! Very bothered. Customer service was awful as well! Dont waste your time!

Its currently 11:30 and I have been here since they were supposed to open at 11.....no one is here. I put a jersey order in and it was done 2 days after they said it would be due, which happened to be after my event. Plus its super over priced.
