Not sure where to start. I dont really like this place due to some employees working there. A lot of then carry an attitude and never good customer service . However, the old school guys that been there for many years, theyre nice. Its a hit or miss location but I go often because they have better price than buying in homedepot.

I went to Kilowatts for some electrical service advise. What I got was by far the best customer service. The big Depot stores don’t come close. Very patient, professional and experts in the field. Thank you for your assistance.

Great customer service and efficient employees who will guide you if you are not an expert on electrical equipment.If electricians rather go there to buy and bypassing the big warehouse stores is for a reason.

Hands down the best electrical supply store in south florida....best customer service on point. Now dont expect for them to tell you what you need to buy or how to do your job...it is your job as an electrician to know what your going to buy...yes they will guide you on things or advice you but they are not the ones who will do your take off or tell you how to do your job....hired yourself a certified electrical contractor company for that. I been coming here since I was 14 years old with my dad now Im 39 and Ive always found what I needed in a fast pace not having to wait for 45 min for someone to help you. I will always recommend this place to everyone and anyone. Come in ask what your looking for and go about your day and perform your task. I have done multiple custom house and I have always bought everything from them.....simple the BEST!!#1

Ray to the rescue again. This is the second time I have called him for an emergency. I lost power in my kitchen. I texted him late in the afternoon and he delayed his birthday dinner to come solve my problem in less than 30 minutes.

The worst of the worst.Ive been trying to get a quote from them for over a week. I call today and this sexist salesman hangup the phone on me for being a woman. Then I call again to the supervisor, gives an email of someone else. Send again the quote and they are We cannot quote. Should have said so a week ago. If I could give them a -5 starts would totally do!

First of all bad customer service they were supposed to close at 12:00 but they close at 11:50 according to the manager because they had to organize something and on a sign that they had it said saturdays they were supposed to close at 12. They did this to other customers as well. Horrible service indeed.

Very helpful people....I am not an electrician, but the counter people all chipped in to help me.... If you ever need anything electrical, go there, they will help you to no end...

I have visited this place for many years. The employees are very good at what they do, very professional, attentive and of a very good character.

Unfortunately, the customer service is very bad, I dont think it can be given a single star because valuing it from 0 to 10 would be 0, I went to the store at 4.15 pm on 06/08/2019 and since it was 15 minutes to close they did not attend to me, they only voted for me from the store and with derogatory form with bad treatment towards my person there was a person who took the attribution of apparently being the owner of the establishment as he said, I do not know if it will be like this or not, but it seems that he He thinks that it gives him the right to mistreat a client without thinking that he exists in that place because there are customers, it was a brutal abuse, when it came out as if it were not enough he who closed the gate of the fence was very angry and spoke to me improperly because it was already 4.29 pm and he had to wait for me to be able to close the gate, I do not think he will ever return to this place and I would only recommend to others not to visit this place thank you
