You come in, take a ticket, and wait for your number to be called right? Wrong! Salespeople let anyone cut in front of anyone. They dont update the stupid ticket counter then they walk away into the back in stead of helping you because they dont give a crap. The only time you get decent service is if its empty. I needed $300 worth of hydraulic fittings today and walked out because cant deal with them.

Louis was very helpful and got me out ASAP.

Called in an order two days prior to pick up, showed up and they didnt have my complete order in stock. It took them 45 min to tell me this with no other customers in the store! When paying for my order, the employee couldnt figure out how to charge my Amex and went to the back of the store for 15 min! Now I have to come back the next day to pick up the rest of my order. Total time in store was over an hour! In addition, they dont label prices on anything in store. Very bad experience!
