I dont live in Miami and wanted to deliver flowers to someone in a bit of an unusual situation. I randomly called two florists and was told no outright. I then found the Express Flowers website and noticed Joe and Ismael had their cell phone numbers listed there. I called Ismael and he said he wasnt sure if he could help, but would check and call me back. I was fully expecting another no when Ismael called back a short while later, had made contact with the destination I needed flowers delivered and had a plan. When my girlfriend arrived in town from overseas, Ismael was there within 30 minutes with a beautiful flower arrangement. He even tipped the guy that had to walk them through a secured area to deliver them. Wow - I have not experienced customer service this good in a looooong time. My girlfriend was surprised beyond belief and I am so grateful for Ismael and Express Flowers for their help! You ROCK!

This is a famous pet store. On Monday afternoon, I purchased a pet from this store. One of my favorite employees is the one who always reminds me and her pet to be neat and tidy. As a happy consumer, I have no reservations about purchasing it. In the end, I didnt regret it because the pets I bought were so lovable and sweet.

For the superlatives that describe Express Flowers, the English language is far too limited. Ive read the other reviews of this florist, and its go-to guy Joe. My experience was just as excellent. I had TWO arrangements delivered, and I was a bit high maintenance about them. I knew what I wanted to say, and Joe knew how to say it with flowers. He was prompt with all communications, and went far out of his way to make sure that his flowers, and my satisfaction, were both amazing. Anyone wanting a florist in Miami should start here.

The order I placed was fairly insignificant. In addition, there was nobody at the recipients office when the delivery person showed up. Several phone calls, 3 emails and a text-message later and delivery was completed on a Friday afternoon. Joes attitude is amazing - he cares and perseveres!

A last minute request on the very busiest day of the year and I expected the worst but got the best!!! Joe was so accommodating and made an extra effort that was above and beyond! Wow!

Joe and Express Flowers is the BEST EVER !!!! long story short i had to quickly find a source for flowers and supplies to build an arch for a wedding in florida while i live in Michigan. Add to that it was quick and over the New year holiday. UGHHHH no easy task. Well after calling all over Miami finding no help i finally called Express Flowers and spoke to Joe. What a savior but not in the typical way. He was also already booked but really wanted to help me, mind you i am just a stranger calling from Michigan. He explained that he was already booked that day but gave me some information on where i could find what i needed. I called and ordered what i needed yayyyy Well his thoughtfulness and help didnt end there. When i got to florida, the afternoon before the wedding, I find that a large portion of flowers didnt get delivered. This was not because of the information Joe gave me but ill spare you the details. So I go into panic mode, how am I gonna construct this arch with 1/2 the flowers missing. I reach out to Joe, I explain my desperate situation and long story endless he ends up coming to the Hotel the day of the wedding to deliver (himself I might add) some of the most beautiful hydrangea stems i have ever seen. Not only that, i get a txt from him the morning of saying Im on my way, dont put the arch together till i get there. He was going to build it for me !!!! seriously, who does that ? He brought all the supplies to build the arch, the little tubes to make sure they all had water, the green tape, the wire and the moss to finish it off. OMG what a great man !!! Now i had gotten up early to construct the base of the arch but he gave me direction on how to add all the flowers and finishing touches. Now heres the kicker, he wanted to just charge me a delivery fee and pay for the tape and tubes, he wasnt gonna charge me for the hydrangeas !!!! WHATTTTTT ...... I paid him and then some because i was so grateful and relieved. He saved my sanity, allowed for a BEAUTIFUL wedding and he is truly an amazing person but also a true professional . Thank You Thank You Joe and Express Flowers. You are the BEST

I wanted to order flowers for my girlfriend who works in the city. I was a bit skeptical when I first visited the website because it was not entirely well put together or organized, but I took a chance and called Joe (the main employee of the shop) and was very, very happy that I did. So right off the bat, dont take the quality of the website as a reflection of the service. Call Joe. Call. Joe. Joe was wonderful to work with and personalized my flowers more so than I have ever experienced with any other flower shop. His flowers are very well priced, and the arrangement he created for my girlfriend were absolutely beautiful. He kept me in the loop from the creation of the arrangement all the way to the delivery of the package via email and text. If I didnt answer my phone, Joe would email me. If I didnt respond to email, he would call me. I want to stress that Joe goes above and beyond for his customers, and it was very clear that he wanted to make sure I (the customer) and the recipient were very happy with the entire process.
