I cannot say enough about our positive experience with Ari and Alon. My fiance (now-husband!) and I worked with Ari on our wedding bands from start to finish - he was extremely patient, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We met with Ari on multiple occasions and he made us feel comfortable and explained in detail every aspect of the ring design and the various options/choices that we have. He kept us involved at every stage (design, casting, setting, etc.) and the bands turned out gorgeous. Since then, Ive already been back several times (they make you feel so welcomed, you just cant stay away!) - I brought a bracelet that holds incredible sentimental value to me to have shortened, something that I would not trust to just anyone. Our only regret is that we didnt find Ari and Alon before we got engaged - we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking; and will definitely be back for future jewelry purchases.

I walked in without an appointment, hesitant, and not sure what to expect. I came here based off the wonderful reviews and the proximity to my home. I was interested in selling a diamond ring. Upon walking in, I was taken care of by Alon, a very nice, sweet man. He gave me a very fair price for my diamond and I even ended up buying myself the most perfect oval diamond hoop earrings that I have been wanting for a while. I just so happened to mention the earrings I wanted and he had exactly what I pictured sitting in his safe. The transaction was all super fast and I was in and out in 45 minutes. TL;DR: Ari at Vivid is a genuine professional and produced incredible results at very fair prices with zero hassle or bullshit.Background: I wanted to propose to my (then) girlfriend of four years and needed a ring. She didnt know I was shopping, but had dropped some hints over the years about features she liked. Unfortunately, many of those features are out of style and kind of hard to find. After a few unsuccessful attempts popping into more-traditional-seeming jewelers in the Miami, I found my way to Ari at Vivid.Disclaimer: The is the first and only time Ive ever bought an engagement ring, and so have little context for price and quality.Result: My expectations were exceeded along every dimension. My favorite things about Ari were that (1) he seemed to genuinely listen to me (not universal to other jewelers Ive been to) and understand what I wanted instead of pushing me into what he happened to have or know (2) he was willing to expand his own comfort zone and help me get a bit adventurous (3) he was never condescending, which you often get as least subtlely as a youngish-looking guy making an largish purchase in a luxuryish industry (4) he was an proactive communicator, always keeping me updated (5) he followed through on promises - always doing what he said hed do (6) he worked quickly - it always felt like my business was a high priority for him (7) his prices seemed more than fair, especially since I was probably a more difficult customer to work with (8) most importantly, the execution: the result arrived exactly as promised and my (now) fiancée has been like over the moon, saying she literally wouldnt change a thing. After spending months worrying and sweating, it was seriously rewarding and to feel like we knocked it out of the park. For whatever its worth, Ari has my highest recommendation.The operation at Vivid has a bit of a nontraditional look to it - high security and not much on display, and you feel like youre more at the hub of a big diamond wholesaler (I think they do a lot of this too) and less retail work. It felt like a place that could maybe offer good prices but not flexibility. Also, Ari is a younger guy in a business where one might expect age, and one fairly wonder (as I did) whether he or she were in the right place. My experience was that in spite of those things, Ari was more professional and effective that jewelers decades older, and delivered uncompromising results to a customer (me) that had been told by others that I should consider something else (i.e., what they had in stock). I had long ago purchased a diamond from a large internet retailer known for fair prices, and so only needed a setting. By the way, this alone makes some jewelers reluctant to work with you, since not selling a stone removes a big chunk of profit, but Ari never made me feel like a second-class citizen because of it. He did mention, however, that he almost certainly could have beaten their price on a diamond, too. I have every reason to believe him, and my suggestion to someone starting to ring-shop would be to see what Vivid can offer for stones in addition to settings.Final note: Im always a little skeptical when I see a business with a modest review count and high number of five-stars. I wonder are these just friends and employees? Having done business there as neither a friend nor employee, I can tell you the high count of five stars is unsurprising.
