As a newer Krispy Kreme that I’ve never been to before it was very clean. It was cool that they had the window to watch the entire process of donut making and selecting, like many locations do. However this one employee... she was entirely out of pocket and completely disrespectful for no reason. There was no line behind us and she kept sucking her teeth, rushing us and popping an attitude with my wife, mother and uncle. Even rushing my 8 year old and 4 year old. She’s extremely lucky that my family was in a good mood cuz they tend to hurt feelings and cuss people out, meeting them where they’re at. And I’m not gonna lie- she deserved it. She was the caucasian employee with the green or blue hair. Everyone else was nice. She did ruin it tho. Oh Donuts were fire 🔥 and fresh since we came when the red light was on.

Always the best.. no words can explain how it melts in your mouth and not in your hand! No M&Ms here. Just the softest, sweetest, tastiest doughnuts in the universe !!! Just had to have 12 of the finest.. Lets see how long they last.. Might be back again by Sunday if I really hold out!!! ;)

This IS IT! They got it right NO MATTER what time of day or night you pull up they will take good care of you. I Love It! Doughnuts that melt in your mouth hot and stay on your pallets and belly when theyre cold just DELICIOUS!!!!!!

Fresh Hot Glazed Donuts 🍩. This is the place for Glazed Donuts. The customer service was great. I rated this place a 3 star because the pumpkin spice donut is too sweet and not enough pumpkin flavor. Plus the pumpkin spice donut was cold when it was served to me.

Kids always enjoy their Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Store was nice and clean and fully stocked. The staff were friendly and pleasant to speak to.We waited more time than was necessary the 12 doughnuts we ordered, since there was only 1 other person who ordered ahead of us. Service could have been quicker.

We had a super bad experience today, bad customer services, doughnuts horrible and not cooked as well and serving to customer? I just realize that when i open the box at home and get super mad with my entire family. Please manager and supervisors watch and put more attention on your team, what they are doing, these entire box is not cooked at all im not going to try that. Unfortunately Krispy kremes is a huge franchise but having bad employees in this locationThe same person charge me for payment is the same lady went to the back to prepare this doughnuts joke i felt like she gave me this box in purpose and laughing at the end, and im super nice and kind of innocent not checking the box infront of her.

I visited the drive-thru at approximately 3:30p.m., today. There were only five cars ahead of us, and the line moved quickly.The order was correct, the doughnuts were hot, and they were delivered by an attendant who made sure to deliver eye contact as she thanked us for visiting. That put the icing on the cake, or, doughnuts, in this case. I think it goes without saying how good those hot glazed doughnuts were...yum!

Such delicious doughnuts! They always serve it fresh and sweet like candy. One complaint is the long lines it has in the drive thru. Well I guess it’s worth the wait, very good doughnuts, I recommend it!!!

Delicious fall collection. I think its 4 diferent types. One of them has a cheesecake filling and yes that is my favorite doughnut.I think this is my favorite time of the year. So yes they have this doughnut that is a pumpkin glazed with a cheesecake filling Omg it is good. A must try. Its the one in the picture that has a stripe.The other doughnut. One tasted like it has cinnamon. It wasnt as sweet as the other one. It was good. It had a little icing on top.The other doughnut was a pumpkin icing doughnut. It was good. The pumpkin flavor is light but just enough to be perfect.This store has closed diferent entrance to the place. I actually had to drive around in a circle once to place my order. Its a one way to get in . Youll see what I mean. It is a busy location depending on the time. I would keep this in mind.The store smells so good. There is nothing like the smell of fresh doughnut and they are so good.

Best Pumpkin Latte! I tried Starbucks and Dunkins lattes and paid twice as much for a thin, milky coffee. Krispy Kreme by far has a more pronounced cardamom and vanilla flavor profile that leaves a lasting pumpkin spice flavor in a balanced coffee blend. Now I just wish I had a shop closer to Wynwood.

Every time I come here I feel like Im getting VIP exclusive access to Jesus dessert table. You guys are the OGs of the donut game. My dad was coming here as a teenager and consistency is phenomenal. Absolutely the best in the industry. A Krispy Kreme donut is the only thing that Ill have an affair with my wife for.Ill sneakily have secret rendezvous with a donut and just eat it up all sweet and passionately. If my wife asks where did those crumbs come from, Ill just tell her that its parmesan cheese or something. I hope she never reads this.Shes coming so I have to quit this. Out of all the other locations I have been to, I do believe this location gives the best quality. The biggest issue is, the wait is completely crazy. I waited around 20 min in line to be serviced. Otherwise, this location is your best bet in my opinion

Often I use this shop walk in and online. When ordering online, mis-grading often occurs, as a result of which more expensive donuts are replaced by cheaper ones. The first time I thought it was by accident. The second time is already a trend. The red moon donut ad promised a dozen of these donuts. The delivered order contained 6 donuts, shares and 6 ordinary ones. It looks like cheating. I called customer service. They promised to investigate, but there was no reaction. The quality of the donuts in this location is excellent.

Yesterday I went by Krispy Kreme and I ordered a small Iced vanilla coffee and a I cant recall a strawberry or raspberry filled donut. I took it on the go in a Uber on my way to a Smile direct club appointment.

Today was that day 😁.....Today was the first time Ive ever had a hot right out the oven Krispy Kreme donut 🍩😋 and I enjoyed every sugar-re bite. I dont eat this everyday so why not treat your self 🤷🏾😌

Awesome brand new facility! And they still have amazing doughnuts and excellent service! I highly recommend for a place to eat a great treat and relax in a cozy environment, just don’t stay too long, you might get a case of high blood sugar!

Just moved back from NY and love the new building and location. Inside is clean and bigger. Cant do anything about the lines because its KRISPY KREME 😁!!!

Dont get me wrong, their donuts are worth the waiting. However, 30 mins in the drive-thru makes no sense. Once in, you have no exit since people made another line to exit and block everything else. There should be a better way to organize the traffic flow. Until then, park at Wawas and go walking.

Staff will ignore you as long as they can. Where to order and how is not clear. The pick up area is marked but it is for online orders...and people bringing your donuts act as if you didnt pay and have to check your receipt and ask everyone around you if you paid. Very bizarre experience. The place was so cold 🥶 we left and ate in our car.Positive.... they have hot donuts 24 hours a day. Boo on this donut shop.

Donuts are fresh, staff is just ok. Parking area super small, drive thru lines are usually long anytime any day! WY better to use app and have ready for pick up. However, u cant use certain promo codes.

The wait was long and the donuts was extremely greasy. It tasted like the glazed donuts were resting in the grease.

I came down here on personal business and was headed out of the city when the HOT light came on. So I pulled right on up to drive thru. 😊 its been about 10 years or so since my last visit, yet still with everything going on the service is great and donuts are still delicious. I grabbed a variety dozen to take so back to my kids. If these tasties make it back home, theyll be in for such a treat! Only thing was from the other side of the street is behind the new Wawa so its hard to see. But if youre from the area or looking for it on purpose, youll know its behind the new Wawa.

The big difference is that the Donuts are warm and melts in your mouth. The coffee is also excellent quality.

Great experience at this new location. Outstanding service. Lady that took our order was amazing, she took our order, served the docent of donuts, and at the same time she was taking an order from the drive thru. All 5 ladies present were working hard to keep the line short and were working politely and very professional.This is a donuts stop that you must make.

The drive through line was exceptionally long and it did take a long time to get the donuts. The service was also a little confusing because we asked if we could add an iced coffee to the order when we went to pay and were told no but they ended up making the coffee. Overall, the service was confusing but ended up good and the food as always, was delicious.

Awesome experience!! When we arrived I saw a big line and thought I was going to spend a long time waiting but for my surprise the service was super fast!! We got 12 we tried them all and oh my god soooo delicious never can you get them fresh as in they come out of this store!!! It has a restroom which was fairly clean and the store seemed clean as well. It has wheelchair access and if you love doughnuts this is he place for you!!

The lady at the drive-thru was rude. She is tired of selling donuts. She did not have a friendly tone of voice. She seemed upset that we had questions. I will try the one in Fort Lauderdale and see if I get a better experience there.

You can buy this amazing donuts in wallgreens or in wallmart, but if you want to taste a hot donut just made, you have to visit this place, the headquarters of krisky kreme doughnuts. Its a amazing experience. You order a dozen and they give you a box literally burning. From the kitchen to your box in less than 2 minutes. They have drive thru 24 hours 7 days open. And of coursr the prizes!!! Less than 1 dollar per donut.

Terrible customer service by the window attendant and so-called “manager”. Very rude and looking for conflict rather than helping patrons. Truly an embarrassment to the Krispy Kreme brand.

Its a hit or miss sometimes. They used to be consistently great, but over the last couple years or so, theyre a hit or miss. When theyre great, theyre great. Other times they are very chewy and doughy and dont taste right. It stucks going through the long drive through just to have a not so great doughnut.

Krispy Kreme is always great. Friendly service. The lobby is closed so youre subject to waiting in the drive thru line. It takes a little long but its always worth it. If you order online you can avoid the long line and pick it up inside the lobby. I think Ill do that next time.

This location is convenient so I stopped by on my way back home from work. I was so excited to get freshly baked warm donuts. So a week later I went again and got a completely different quality donut, soggy, doughy and sort of left overs. I trusted the guy and ask them to pick what they recommend but they sold what they couldn’t sell. Disappointed! Even DD is better than these.
