This Target is well stocked and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! As I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by a friendly face and a warm welcome.I had to ask an employee where I could find a particular item. He was not only responsive but actually walked me to the area where I could find the item.Upon leaving, I was thanked for coming by the security guard who also wished me well for the rest of the day.I know that these budget stores often get a bad reputation, but this Target definitely gets an A+ from me for a clean and organized store as well as a super friendly and helpful staff!

A year ago this Target was the best in this Miami area, but know when you visit the store is kind of empty regarding some items,. I visited a Target in Kendall and was surprised of how clean, organized and how this store had plenty of merchandise, I guess ill visit this new store from now on.

Place was Ok, prices not much of a different from Walmart, this one was the biggest Target store ever, my only issues was so hard to go in and to find parking, no security personnel visible around, store overall there is not much clothes for males very small section and limited inventory to choose from and process pay my purchases was excellent

Absolutely amazing customer service from this Target but specifically from Savannah. No other Target employee compares! She is incredibly sweet, patient and attentive to customers. If i had anything to complain about this location, it would just be the rude and impatient customers who dont give the employees a fair chance. But that doesnt stop her from giving you the best customer service!

I have never been more disappointed in Targets customer service (not from this store- they are always extremely helpful but from corporate).... I had bought a vacuum from Target in the end of February and hated it - it was extremely heavy and it didnt pick up as much dirt as should have . I wanted to return it and then COVID happened and they were excepting returns at the time. fine, completely understand. & then when they opened to returns again I was still a little hesitant to go out to just do a return for a few weeks. However, then I ended with COVID myself for a about 10 weeks and then my partner ended up having COVID after me so we werent able to go out like we would have liked. SOOO NOWWW that we are all safe and better we tried to go to Target to return the vacuum for a store credit just to get a different vacuum. While the people in the store were nice about it they said since they dont have the vacuum anymore they arent able to the return and that i would have to contact corporate since they have a different system and that they could for sure help me. WELL CORPORATE was a different story. HORRIBLE. I explained them my situation and instead of being HUMAN they basically said sorry store policy is store policy, we cant do anything for you- you should have returned the vacuum when opened up again. (both over the phone and on email with them) like IM SORRY?? SO YOU WANTED ME TO WALK INTO YOUR STORE WHEN I HAD COVID TO RETURN THE VACUM????? THANK YOU TARGET- I SEE NOW THAT YOU WOULD HAVE RATHER HAD ME IN YOUR STORE WITH COVID TO DO A RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT THAN TO JUST SIMPLY HELP ME WHEN I WAS SAFE TO GO OUT. WOW TARGET SO YOU WOULD BE OKAY WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS GETTING COVID FROM ME??? they told me they cant do anything the return would have to be instore and when i tried again they told i needed to contact corporate. it is so sad for me to through this experience with target because target has always been my favorite but to see such cold and horrible customer service I feel like I cant even shop with them anymore. no one predicted COVID nor people getting it so it is really sad to see how poorly they treat their customers. Its not like i didnt have proof of purchase or wanted cash, all I wanted was a store credit to get a different vacuum, no money lost on their part.

Easy pick up and ordering. User friendly online ordering and friendly staff within the stores. I have visited various Target locations for different items I was picking up within the last few days and although very busy, the staff members are very helpful. Their efficiency and knowledge of the store has made my shopping experience a very pleasant one.

The store is clean except for the refrigerator area which is very dirty and badly cleaned floors that stick to your shoes because of how bad it was cleaned, the floor had stains of spilled things.Overall the rest of the store was clean but the worst thing this tire does is to keep only one lane open, luckily they had the self check open but it doesnt solve anything. Mbecause if you have alot of groceries self check is not good, well here you are obligated and have no to but to wait in a 2 hour line because there is only one open, or go to self checkout. Some employees are very clueless and have no idea about customer service.Overall it is a good place but one line open only really ruins the experience as well as the refrigerator area with horrible floor cleaning.

They messed up my purchase and the store and the stores manager refused to solve the problem and said there is nothing he can do and had to handle other customers. The store took my money didnt give me the correct code to download a digital game and said they had no way to fix the problem.

Customer Service - A lot of really nice staff here but once its closing time they are a little abrasive instead of asking you if you are having any trouble finding your final item.

Whatever you do...Do not lose your receipt!Bought two Auto Sunshades, kept one returned the second. Could not find my receipt. Paid cash.Sandy in Customer service had an attitude and rudely expected me to know that Target had changed their policy. The explanation was poor.I thought she was telling me Target would keep $1.74 and refund the difference. Better off to keep the Sunshade and give it away.I paid $10.99 plus tax and was given $1.74?I feel duped!!!!

This Target is actually fairly nice.The parking lot is a bit confusing when you first enter, but reasonably easy to navigate.The store is clean and well-stocked with a friendly team of associates who are willing to help. They follow the Target creed perfectly.Checkout is quick and friendly.

Ive come to notice there isnt much variety that Target has to offer but the brands that are on its shelf definitely have a really good price. Its not good coming into a store and walking by multiple associates not being greeted or being asked if I needed help. Ive been to other targets and the service is completely different than this one.

Clean and helpful staff helped without us asking. Ease dropped on our shopping conversation, we found what we needed without having to search all over it. Good work!

Went for an exchange. Cashier had a bitter face. Did my exchange. And, said nothing. I asked if we were done. She said, yes. I said, Thank you. She replied Mmmhmm Very Rude. No employee number or name on receipt. Happy Holiday.

This Target is really great in that they dont carry too much of the home stuff that you wouldnt need. When you do, though, this store is convenient enough if youre in the area. I wouldnt go out of my way to get here because the corner of 104th and US1 is a logistical nightmare. It is inexplicable how much this corner has changed since Whole Foods took up residence next door. That said, this Target location offers a huge selection of organic and chemical free products for both body and home. Small selection of organic foods but sufficient enough for a quick trip. Parking...they need rooftop parking and another entrance on the south end. The property (much of it parking) is being developed for commercial use. People will literally pick fights with you while waiting to get in from, or out onto, 104 ST (the only entrance.) So, yeah, its disappointing.

Not one person approached me to greet me hello, goodbye, or offer to help me.

I recommend Target (Dadeland South). I always receive great service from the associates, whether it is at the customer service desk, drive-up, or on the floor. I hope this wonderful customer experience stays positive for many years; it can be a challenge to receive great customer service around here these days.

Your typical Target! It has a Starbucks which is good. The gardening section has potting soil. I like the dried organic Mangos selection they have. Clean store and friendly staff. Parking getting more full due to neighboring store.

The guest service attendant Cassandra was extremely rude. I was trying to explain that I only had six items in my cart and i wanted to price match just one item and asked if she scan the rest of them so it can be one transaction. She says she can only do 10 items and I told her it was 6 items.. and her response is ..yeah so.. She was just lazy to scan the other items. Horrible service.

It was very hard to an employee to help me find a name brand shoes. When I did, they didnt seem interested in helping me, she just says no dont have them. Out of curiosity I checked the wall where they had the shoes and they were there! Didnt buy them there not for a employee that can care less about helping me.

I called this morning and the lady who answered the phone was a manager covering for the normal lady while she was one lunch. I was looking for 3 dolls for my nieces birthday today and she passed me over to the toys department and I waited for someone and no one answered she came back on the line asked me what I was looking for and my phone number and she went to look for it when the girl came back and called me to tell me she found all three dolls and she put them on hold for me. 🤗 Outstanding customer service.And she was super friendly. She made my nieces birthday cause I couldnt find them anywhere near my house.

I shop here all the time. They have self checkout if you dont want to wait in lines. They always have good deals. Shopping carts easy to get and they even have a Starbucks inside the target.

Whats not to love about this Target? Big, well stocked, and fast checkout. The drive up still needs some work but its new. Traffic in and out a little nuts with WholeFoods, but not enough to dock a star.

Store proximity & how fast the line was moving for the pick up.

The service was absolutely terrible. I did my first drive pick up order - and from start to finish it was a disaster. Dont waste your time, use Walmart pick up - its better and the employees get it right.Target - big thumbs down!!

I love the cashier Gloria, she puts all the cold stuff in a bag, and all the regular temperature she puts it in another bag, she also puts your bags in your cart, she is the only cashiers that does that, if you see that she is there... go pay your stuff with her. Thanks Gloria !
