Very communicative, easy to work with, made 4 custom shirts in a two day turnaround. They had plenty of options for shirt types and were willing to offer advice on how to position the lettering to maximize effect. We went back and forth via email about 3 times total and were able to nail down payment, order and design easily. Katie rocks!

I specifically said to the business owner I believe, Jacqui, that I needed those t shirts by Wednesday because Im traveling out on thursday. When I placed the order, all I needed was to send the picture and that was it.I was promised to get a proof and have the t shirts probably even before Wednesday. Mind me the price: 2 white simple t shirt for $60 with 3 lines.I sent an email with pictures and what I needed exactly on Saturday. No answer. Again, i sent an email and no answer. On Monday, I called no answer. I decide to go to the store and saw the husband. I asked him a status. He basically told me oh no worries, your t shirts will be made on time. We work on a last minute type of system and sometimes we send a proof to client on the same day. If I knew that, believe me I wouldnt have taken the risk! To me, this is mind blowing! How can you work that way? But I gave the benefit of the doubts.Today, at 3:35 still no proof, no emails response, nothing. I called and the employee Francis, who is trained to respond to probably other complains, told me the managers are not there and basically there is nothing she can do and she cut short.Maybe 15 min later the business owner magically appeared because she called me from same phone to tell me that she wont produced the t shirts and refund my money with no further explanations. Apparently, I was also direspectful to the employee which I wasnt and then she hung up on me, not even letting me talk. So, Im the disrespectful one, right?! I called her back trying to get a sense of what happened and she again dismissed my complaint and the fact that thursday I was counting on those t shirts to do the promotion of my travels, now I have nothing and no time to make new ones. I told her that she shouldnt do business, it is highly unprofessionnal and that i will let people know. She answered flat out: we also have your website name too and I told her: i have facts and you dont know me, you have never traveled with me and/or how my business runs. Certainly not that way!

Good place to have your T shirts printed for every occasion. U must go with plenty of time ahead to get ur shirts done. They speak Spanish too.

Wow WoW WOW WOW WOW!! What a service!! I recommend Expertees 100%, they are so helpful, they have so much variety and all I can say is that I am soo Happy to have found Expertees! I have used them twice already for my companys uniforms and our personalized t-shirt for our Disney trip.

BEWAREEEEE!!! The quality of the print is horrible I did company shirts and the lasted less than 3 months before the started peeling like peeling a banana reached out to them and they said that that should have not happened and they agreed to repair when. We received them back the lettering were crooked it looked horrible the shirts were stained with paint. This is a high end company we cannot have this happened to our shirts the imprint should have lasted longer than 3 months. We paid over 300.00 for these shirts to get this garbage back when we asked for a full refund they said that we waited 5 months to tell them this from my emails I contacted them as soon as I seen them peeling less than 3 months later j put the order in on may 24th didnt get the shirts until June 4th from June fourth till the ending of August when I first communicated go them what was happening was 2 months in a half I brought in the shirts in Sept which was 3 months later how is this considered 5 months. I will never reccomend this company for any shirts. There is horrible service. Overly priced for the quality you get back. I will attached pictures and the invoice will take picks of how I got them back and post them.
