Excellent and fast. I think they closed because of covid, which is a shame because they had AWESOME customer service, especially compared to the kendall location.

Gary and Krystal were amazing and professional! Krystal informed me clearly on all the services they provide in-house and sub-contract when I called in. I appreciate the transparency. not all print shops do so. Gary helped me with setting up my design and getting it printed to perfection. He did inform me that colors and printing quality may vary and will not match whats displayed on the screen but it came out perfect. I appreciate his patience as I gave him the instructions of how I wanted it printed. I cannot recommend them enough!

We had a rather unique request, a complicated scientific equation we wanted printed on a T-shirt for a special person on a special occasion. This was done very last minute, but the staff of Big Frog made it all possible. Their professional advice and assistance was extremely helpful. The shirt turned out perfect! I am now hoping to have more of the same shirt made for others. I would recommend them to anyone looking to print a custom design on a T-shirt!

First time visiting the store it went great to do the process of my request but when i received the mock sample it was nothing that I had request then I spend a whole evening trying to get the design to the one I wanted which I still wasnt able to get what I wanted because they said I had to make purchase of the design I wanted in order for them to do the same, after all of this my order was supposed to be ready on Friday yet that did not happen because they had other order more important than mind which is very wrong if I am also a paying customer, I received the shirts the next day and when I got them the sizes were wrong the design color was horrible they looked faded to the point it looked I hand wash it for several days before wearing it. Definitely will not recommend this place the flea market give a better service than what they provided.

Ordered 2 custom shirts for a special event. I prepared the image from an ancient t shirt from high school using Paint on my home computer. Lukas took the image and adjusted the colors so they looked good. The shirts were ready in less than 2 days in plenty of time for the event. Lukas was professional and thorough. My design was available for printing on T-shirt less than 1 hour. 3. I had 16 shirts printed and I am very happy with the quality of the printing and shirts. 4. Excellent service!!! The designs are superb, the quality of the shirts is great, and the staff is pretty awesome. You cant really beat the prices either. The fact that they can print unlimited colors at no extra charge is amazing, and they also dont have any minimums in orders as opposed to most screen printers in the area.The designers are very professional, and they took all the time that I needed until I had the perfect design that I wanted.Would definitely recommend!

Nice treatment, no wait time at all. They let you use theirs computers for 20 minutes for editing and setting your image. Black shirt printing in 24 hours with only three colors and a simple design. So I was in a hurry and wanted complexity which they do the same day but only on white shirt or tank. One small white tank cost me $21.xx. It was a great service and attention. Spanish and English speakers.(No need to other in bulk)

The staff is courteous and professional. The only drawback to the Big Frog at this location is that they only offer digital printing not screen printing. So if you have a medium to dark-colored shirt that you want a design on, the only color that comes out well on the shirt is black. In addition, they told me they cannot put white on a dark colored shirt because they have no white ink. I prefer the options I have with silk screening over digital printing. So the place has great service, but the options you have for a shirt are lacking.

Ive done my shirts at Big Frog before and the staff has been really nice. However, I just went and it was the complete opposite. I get there around 6:25, wait about 20 minutes to be helped to be told that the shirts I brought the colors will appear to be too dark because the shirts are gray. I said that was ok with me but the lady that helped me kept telling me that in a white shirt it would be better. When I finally gave up and told her I would use a white shirt, she then tells me to come back tomorrow because they are already closing and to go in earlier otherwise they would have to email me the design because they would not be able to do it in person. I will not be going back.

Lucas and Barbie helped me out through my order of 12 shirts for my small business. They really took the time to help me through the products and designing. Great service and very knowledgeable.

The final product was really nice, hence the 3 stars but getting to that point, was not the smoothest transaction. They forgot to add the cost of the vinyl in original quote. Then it was verbally told to me on the phone that the vinyl was $7 per shirt, which I said fine. Upon picking up the shirt, the vinyl charges were $100 more than expected because they charge $7 per color. If all of this was explained better in the beginning this review wouldnt be written and I wouldnt have ordered this design. The wholesale cost of the tee was $10 and the final cost per tee came to $40.There was a LANGUAGE BARRIER as well as so many phone calls back in forth causing a majority of my frustrations Hiccups in the cutting of the vinyl triggered several calls to me.Again the overall shirt came out really nice, but the process couldve been much better.

Nice staff but horrible service. I waited 1 hour for staff to attend me when the place was absolutely empty. After finally being attended Graphic designer was acting like I was a bother because I did not approve of my logo and was expecting me to agree to the first most basic logo that they created.

Big Frog was the only one out of five other companies we called were able to pull off the printing of a dozen shirts with our own design front and back in less than 48 hours and with excellent quality. Will definitely use them again and again.

This is the 2nd time I visit Big Frog 🐸 & once again they delivered. I needed 5 shirts, all different sizes, done for a trip I was taking the next day to Universal Studios. The Moana graphic I wanted printed needed reworking, which they did for free, plus they rushed the printing order and had it ready in less than 2 hours. Shirts were the perfect detail for my trip. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!The biggest disappointment, the worse management. I’ve never witness such mediocre in a business. An order was placed to print on gartment, I provided my own shirts, expensive shirts, the order was very detailed to their graphic designer, he totally ruined my order, after I told him that he didn’t delivered to what I requested, he told me that it was it was done like I explained to him, after 15 of arguing, instead of trying to correct his mistake, jis solution was for me to go and buy more shirts and he will print on them for free, not some that I wasted time and money, if I wanted my order done correctly I had to spend more money. After a few emails requesting my money back, the “manager” Lara called me, the lack of leadership was shined upon, she dokmlw my order was done incorrectly, after explaining myself to her for like 20 minutes on the phone, she told me she would order shirts for me and reprint, this conversation was on a Wednesday, she told me she is going to order the shirts on Monday, I decided to change a color of the shirt on Monday, I call to ask her to please change the color, a new graphic designer Alex told me that Lara had left on vacation and won’t be back for a few weeks, and yet again no one knew what went wrong with my order, that she was supposed to order the shirts for me, yet again I explained myself to ALEX FOR OVER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE. I talked to him another design, that he will call me once the shirts arrived, 4-5 days pass by and no one called one, very professional right, and then I asked to speak to Alex and he was no longer working there, so yet again I had to explain myself to a new person, can’t even remember his name. After long wait I went to the location to get them printed while I waited, she did one shirt properly, I specifically asked her to please fill out the shirt as much as possible, the bigger the better. The shirts weren’t for me, after the shirts were done, I should’ve known better to recheck them since these people have been nothing but disappointing, I left with the shirts, the shirts were delivered, and he measured the shirts and the images were all different sizes, length and width. He went back to speak to the owner/ manager, and she completely lied to his face, told him that I never said to her that the shirts needed to be fill out the shirts, when that’s all I emphasized to her.

It was a pleasure doing business with such helpful and courteous people. My shirts were EXTRAORDINARY!!!!!
