Noemi worked diligently with us as we made decisions on the design of our kitchen cabinets and countertops, bathroom cabinets, laundry room, and closets.Noemi spent a lot of time with us, designing, discussing, checking measurements, and guiding us through the process. A few small areas needed to be re-done (the drawer for my vanity and linen closet), but it was not a problem, measurements were retaken and they happily corrected it. (Not Noemi’s fault)We are very pleased with the final product!Thank you to Noemi and all the others that worked hard to make our dream remodel come true!

Stone International did a great job of doing our kitchen. Everything about the experience was great. Had a little snag with the quartz countertops but it was not there fault but the people that make the countertops and Stone International did a great job of correcting the problem. Noemi was always on top of things and even came out a few times to make sure everything was going good. I would definitely use them again.

I wish they had more than five stars to rate Stone International. Erika Salazar was AMAZING and helped us from start to finish with the vision we had for our kitchen back in 2017. From knocking down walls; building a custom banquette, a 12 foot peninsula island, and custom appliance garages, to accommodating a professional sized fridge/freezer in what used to seem like a small kitchen. She and her team were with us every step of the way. Erika prides herself on keeping her remodel and installation teams on schedule. She has an amazing contractor she works with (shout out to our amazing Henry!!!) to help you with the tricky projects ....Like installing a flush ceiling mount hood! I tried to take some photos just now but they dont do our project justice. It has been almost three years and our kitchen and new laundry room have held up beautifully and still look brand new. We were not expecting this lasting quality for such a great price. I recently broke a glass insert in one of my cabinets and Erika picked it up and replaced the glass for us. Before selecting Stone International, we met with several other kitchen design stores. Only SI did a truly personalized kitchen design with custom cabinets that was exactly what we were looking for at a price that was better than the competition. Ericka, the designer, did an amazing job creating the kitchen of our dreams. She is truly an experienced designer, thinking of the smallest details. She also coordinated with our construction contractor to ensure that the entire project was managed and delivered on time. Equally impressive is the quality of the solid-wood cabinets and their delivery and installation timelines, especially during this post-pandemic time. Our last kitchen renovation was full of problems and long delays. Thanks to SI and Ericka, this time everything went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier! We recently had our 2 kitchens, laundry room and all closets designed and installed by Stone International and we had a great experience. Noemi helped us with the layout design and all throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable about the companys products and always available and willing to answer any questions we may have. She did a great job!During the installation of of one of the counter tops we ran into some hick ups, but Stone International made it right for us. They replaced a whole section of the counter top so that it would look just how we had it designed on the initial layout.It was a pleasure working with Noemi and Dennis, the carpenter and cabinet installer.

This is a long overdue post but I had the best experience with stone international! I live in a 1/1 condo and was in dire need of a kitchen renovation. I met with Noemi and explained to her how I wanted to give my outdated kitchen and up to date modern look. I explained to her how important it was to maximize my cabinet space given how small my kitchen was. After a few meetups, Noemi came up with a great design and the team at Stone International delivered as promise! I am sooooo pleased with the final results!!! Excellent service! They did my kitchen, garage sink area with cabinets on top, a custom wood furniture for my dining room area. All the closets for each of the rooms, laundry room closets and pantry closets. They have the best prices, and will match any other kitchen cabinets company. The owner herself came on a Sunday to take the measurements for the custom furniture I needed for my dining room area. I highly recommend this company!

Sloppy Work by the installers. These 2 guys basically didnt care about detail! And the shelves in the forth pic are not level. Actually non of shelves are level ! I dont think the installers use a level at all!!! The edges of the material are scraped through out. I am doing this review for my Mom since she is not computer literate . And after seeing the work I guess you can say I was not happy for her. I guess Stone International subs out contracts for installations? I see a lot of good reviews and cant understand why this job came out so sloppy. I gave 3 stars as a benefit of the doubt.

I wanted to take the time to review this company because of how happy I am with their service. Although this is not really their line of business, Diana went above and beyond to help me get a specific tile I needed to match the current one I have installed. She was very professional, friendly and communicative, overall excellent customer service. I will definitely be looking forward to going back to them when we remodel our bathrooms.

This company installed our cabinets and countertops and from the beginning we had problems. The measurements were taken incorrectly for the cabinets and we had to make changes that were only satisfactory to them. Second, we had our countertop crack which they replaced, but now the other counter is cracked and we are having a difficult time getting them to come back and fix that. It appears that now they have our money, they dont want to stand behind their product and take care of their Customers. We have reached out to them several times with no luck. I will revise this review if they fix the problem, otherwise beware of problems with this Company.

Terrible terrible customer service. The fact that there are three ladies there and no man with general knowledge of explaining the process of the remodeling job, composition and integrity of materials and just general questions is mind boggling. Even though they are good on the computer layout design part they are clueless in other aspects. They werent very friendly and even though the refrigerator was full of water and drinks they never offered. They forgot to mention that most of their cabinets are Chinese. I honestly felt as if I was bothering them. Doors were locked and they were only doing appointments supposedly due to COvid19. These women must be related to the owner/s because there was no effort, no smiles just kinda cold (Nepotism). A beautiful million dollar Doral style showroom with inept 3rd world staff. I buy a lot of materials and products because I remodel and flip homes. I was looking for some place closer to the keys, but I will stick to buying in Ft. Lauderdale where Im always greeted with a friendly warm smile.

I totally recommend Stone International for kitchen remodeling. Their cabinets are really good quality, solid wood which is hard to find at a affordable price. Stone did my cabinets 6 months ago and I will say my kitchen looks great. Cabinets and counters tops look great. Why the 2 stars. The young lady who designed my kitchen did a poor job. Out of 22 cabinet doors, half of them hit another doors edge or knob or an appliance causing cosmetic damage to the doors. I contacted Stone shortly after the install asking if any thing could be done and after over a month of being ignored it took my telling our designer that I was going to talk to the GM. Then the installers finally came and stated that nothing could be done to correct the cabinet doors from being damaged. My cabinets and counter tops look great but its not right that I have to be overly careful opening my cabinet doors or appliances to prevent damage. Not happy having paid Stone good money and having damaged cabinet doors.

I contacted Stone International after another company ripped me off. So i was very skeptical. Ericka reassured me that they would not do me the way the other company did. Terrible customer service, I called in about a quote to install kitchen cabinets and counter tops at a large office in Miami. The Sales Rep I was sent to on the phone was completely evasive during the conversation and was rushing to get off of the phone the whole time. I could not get clear answers to some of my questions on their procedures and the phone call ended abruptly as the employee just hung up after I asked how they go about getting measurements to get accurate quotes if need be. Avoid this company if you want good service and help.

I order a bathroom vanity countertop from Stone international from Ernesto. It took longer than expected. I was not notified by the company that the countertop was ready. I called to find out when the countertop was going to be ready the office informed me that it was ready and I could pick it up anytime. I drove from the Islamorada to pick up the countertop, when I arrived no one could put the countertop in my car as the staff claimed that it was a liability to allow me to pick up the countertop and put it in my car. I inform the staff that I could come back when they had somebody available to put it in my car, she informed me that would be fine. I came back to Stone International no one had arrived to put the countertop in my car I waited an additional 30 minutes for someone to arrive to put it in my car. When I finally was able to install it in my bathroom I discovered that the countertop was not level on top of the vanity I informed Ernesto of this issue he suggested I put wood shims under the counter top to make it level. Next I discovered that the backsplashes that were supposedly cut to size of the countertop needed to be cut a half an inch on each of them to make it fit they also drill the hole for the drain 5 times too big therefore we had to find something to act as a washer to secure it to the countertop and sink. Disaster all the way around.

We live in Park City, Utah, and last January we bought a condo in Key Largo that needed a new kitchen. After a lot of research we followed the advice of an architect friend who works in Miami, and contacted Stone International Kitchens and Cabinets. We only had about twelve days to chose and install a kitchen, or it would have meant to wait four more months when we would have returned to Key Largo again. After a visit to Stone International, our salesman. Richard (Rick) Smith, proposed we should just go ahead, since they had both cabinets and granite in stock, and he was confident they would have been able to install the whole thing before we were to leave about 12 days later. To be honest, we were a little skeptic that could be possible, but we decided to try. Amazingly, everything worked like clock-work, from demolition, to installation of the cabinets, to the fabrication and installation of granite. In fact, as it often happens, the scope of the work increased a bit once they started, by also installing a new vanity in one bathroom and granite counter-tops in both bathrooms. The whole thing was coordinated with electricians and plumbers, not an easy feat. We left the same day they finished the work, happy that everything worked so well, and very pleased for the results of all that effort. The most amazing thing just happened a few days ago when we went back to our condo for a couple of weeks. This was really the first time we could really assess and enjoy our new kitchen, and our first impression of four months earlier was soundly confirmed. We really have a very beautiful kitchen....except an unsightly green stain was present on the kitchen side of the island granite. Since we had left the same day of the installation four months earlier we had not noticed that stain, and we were quite upset thinking that stain must have been in the stone when it was installed. It seemed that the stain was under the finish, not above it. We talked to Rick about it, and, to make a long story short, he decided that the best solution was to change the entire island granite, even if it was four months after the installation. This is costumer service that not only meets, but far exceeds any expectations, particularly because, after some research, it appears that the stain may have been actually caused by one of the plumbers by putting a container of green glue on top of the island. By changing the granite without expecting any payment from us, this company has given us new hope that competence, honesty and strong belief in customer support can still be found out there. We recommend this company for quality cabinets and granite installations in the strongest possible terms. They are real professionals, and, in addition, their prices are very fair. We are very happy customers.
