I have been coming to this place over and over again for at least 3 years with different projects, and the answer has always been the same, the quality of their work and the speed, plus the way they communicate with the client is always impeccable as is the printing results. So from my end this place deserves 5 stars!

I was happy with the quality of the product I received. However I wish someone would have done a final proofing of the document and called me to verify it as I ended up paying for the product again due to part of the text missing. They were kind enough to offer me other solutions and a discounted rate for my second order.

Went in person twice, spoke to 2 associates. Both promised a quote for a HUGE multi product project and both never got back to us. Emailed them several times and every time they said yes, were working on it. Its been 4.5 weeks now since they said  well get back to you in 3 days . I had to write something because its just seriously hilarious to me as a business owner how a business can have such incompetent people managing clients and drop the ball like this on 15k+ project.Anyways, good luck to yall.

Terrible experience I placed an order with them3 weeks ago for a small order of 100 business cards . They claim my order was put on hold because I asked about expediting, yes I asked about it but once they said the minimum order was 1000 I asked them process it regularly. They did not process it and my order sat on hold for 3 weeks had I not called themThey would not have even noticed my order was on hold . Then when I call Natalie lies and says she so sorry she gonna put the order through that day, I call back two days later and someone else says my order wasn’t out through til the day before . Never going there again ! So unprofessional!!!

Ive used Xumba for all my printing needs for many years now. Booklets, manuals, copies, multi-section folders. They always do a great job, get things done ahead of the deadline, and give me great prices. Herberth, and Gregory, and Relmer and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure the job is done right, and always have a smile when they see me to pickup or deliver my order. Great people. Great company!

I was told repeatedly that I would have a draft by the end of the day for 3 weeks and never received anything. I finally had to ask for a refund since the whole purpose for the flyer was for an event which they caused me to not be prepared for...very disappointed

AWEFULL, terrible experience, if I can give them negative stars I will go for at least 20 NEGATIVE, they said was changing system but actually what they been changing was prices and services and so many things that didnt help the clients in fact, may be help them making more money working less ...I will reserve what I experienced there but DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL TO ANYBODY...THEY JUST REALLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY GETTING IN...EVEN IF THEY MAKE THEIR MISTAKES THEY STILL WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR THAT MISTAKES...FOR EXAMPLE...CUSTOMER SERVICES IS JUST SLOW RESPONSE ALL THE TIME ...just in case you are also in rush as every customer needing this kind of service...SO PLEASE BE CAREFULL IF YOU ARE REALLY THINKING TO START TO WORK WITH THEM, I WAS A CLIENT FOR YEARS AND THEY EVEN DIDNT CARE ABOUT TO TAKE CARE.

It was great to know this place, they helped me find a place in Miami to print my designs. Your customer service is great and the delivery of the product was effective.

We went to find out from an impression, they opened the door for us half as if we were thieves, and they treated us very contemptuously telling us that they had the broken machine.
